The rooftop balcony and the front of house staff were delightful
The room was a bit battered, scratched paint, lukewarm at best shower and we had a balcony that you couldn't go onto becuase the door was broken.

Dit keer op de 6e verdieping was minder gehoorig. Erg fijn met het warme weer dat je onbeperkt water en frisdrank uit de bar mag pakken. Leuke rooftop helemaal boven aan het hotel
De lift is heel erg klein en duurt soms lang voordat ie er is en als je douched is de badkamer al snel wel nat

Location was great, 10min walk max to all the hot spots. Staff were lovely! Shoutout to jasmine for the lovely service and energy. The rooftop is more of a terrace than a bar - but the jacuzzi was great, heater was off so it was lovely to cool off!
The breakfast needs improving. The bread was not great and was not able to be toasted. When we arrived for breakfast, we had to return later on as there was not enough seats.
The elevator was also really slow and unreliable.
The rooftop space just needs more shade and it would be perfect.

Fantastic location and I loved the roof and Jacuzzi
Not really anything the rooms were small, but the staff was so amazing that it was totally worth it and the location made it worth it too
