N8ce staff
No proteins at breakfast and a stale smell in room
The room was decent. Staff was friendly.
Breakfast was not up to par. I had stayed at a Wyndham before COVID and I suspect that the cost cuts have resulted in cold hard egg sausage sandwiches.
Mo, the young fellow at the desk was great. He is pleasant, engaging & genuinely funny. I asked for the quietest room and he looked in the computer and put some thought into the room assignment - it was quiet as a vault, perfect. He also recommended a walking distance restaurant and suggested what to order, I followed his advice and had a great meal.
The room was very clean and breakfast was basic but fine.
No problems at all.
I liked the staff; they were there when our refrigerator was broken, they upgraded our room because of our baby; they provided us with water and snacks upon our check-in
I didn’t like the fact that the prices steadily rose as the week went on. I stayed there Sunday through Thursday and I was hoping they saw that and maybe offered some sort of discount
Close to where we needed to be.
Bathroom granite vanity was cracked cleaned through and held up by a wooden shim. Water mixture of cold and hot in our room was off. Couldn't get cold water to brush my teeth, and shower was tepid. Breakfast items were running out and when I brought it to the attention of the front desk employee, she said, "Sorry, but that's it for today."
They have roaches and dirty they moved me to another room right across from the roach room which also had a few roaches. Smh!
Location
Showers to small
The outside of the hotel is nice as is the lobby area. I have no problem with “bare bones” lodging but I do expect cleanliness and hot water in the bathroom. The blanket on the bed had blotchy red stains (maybe lipstick?) and when brought to the attention of the front desk, it was replaced with another blanket with set-in stains. The carpet on the bedroom floor was so dirty that the bottom of my socks looked as though I had been walking around outside. The cleanliness of the bathroom was just ok - not great and I don’t think I have ever seen thinner towels. My husband’s shower was just luke warm. The bed was just ok-not great and the pillows were lumpy. The “complimentary breakfast”was, at best, a small snack. I expected more from a Wyndom property although I did see that it was independently owned and operated. I would not recommend this hotel even though the price was right at $150/night
It was easy to find and relatively quick to get to
I was charged twice. It been almost a week and 4 phone calls later and it is still not resolved
Quiet suburban location. Easy parking.
It needs a refresh! The curtains were falling off the window. Very noisy guests who were partying with loud music and alcohol and chairs set up in the parking lot five feet from our window. At 10:45 pm we finally asked the staff to intervene and they moved the part elsewhere.
Check in was fine next morning went for breakfast came back to room and someone went into my purse and stole my money spoke with everyone including the manager they covered up the theft gave no resolution.Checkout day tried again for resolution nothing called the police instead of an investigation we were told to leave or get arrested for trespassing…..DO NOT GO HERE HORRIBLE STAFF & MANAGEMENT
The staff was very nice and appeared to be very professional. I am currently waiting for a response from the property management team about my stay. Due to a situation with my reservations customer service at Book- It is waiting to hear from management. So as it stands correspondence may not be satisfactory.
Nothing
Lighting not working, curtains hanging off the window, carpet tiles coming off floor, shower mixing valve not working, bathtub pan broken, bathroom sink faucet not working properly, DEAD & LIVE ANTS ON BATHROOM FLOOR, rusty door frames, overall dirty rooms with animal hair sticking to clothing, CLUMP OF HUMAN HAIR STUCK TO DOOR FRAME, damaged ceiling from water leak above, iron not working.
We found bugs in the hotel room. The walls are also very thin
The room was clean and warm
I liked everything.
