The property was relatively close to RIT.

Cons:

The toilet in our room was broken and would not flush. We notified the front desk the evening we checked in. We weren’t the only room that had issues. The person at the front desk wrote my information down on a long list of problems that needs to be addressed. They said they couldn’t change our room because they were fully booked for the weekend. They had someone from maintenance try to fix it the next day but the toilet remained broken for the rest of our stay. I was told by multiple staff members that I would receive at least a partial refund for my stay. After multiple conversations and unanswered phone calls to management, I have not received any refund. I will never stay here again.

Poorly run
Cons:

Prior to arrival, i called front desk multiple times nobody answered. Then they assigned me a non clean room, then a room where a/c was left on, it was freezing cold. Then breakfast foods were empty and milk had run out at 8am and nobody at the front desk for the next 3 hours after. I took notice of sign Manager on Duty Zachary Bosinski.

Other than that it was pleasant and I really enjoyed the hot tub.
Pros:

Close to my home which is great in case of emergencies. The facilities are clean and most of the staff is courteous and kind.

Cons:

The last time I reserved a room, when I checked in there was an issue. I had already checked in online and been charged that way so he was just putting a temporary deposit as usual. Although there was plenty of money in my account, it was denied due to insufficient funds. To his credit he still let me check in and go to the room. I called my bank and asked how much was attempted to be charged. It was almost $300 so my bank thankfully rejected it. I told him and he said it was a computer issue and still allowed me to stay since I’ve been there many times with no issues. But it could’ve been a big problem if my bank let that go through. Maybe more training is necessary because I know he’s relatively new over the last few months.

Way too much money for the quality. Do not recommend.

Clean towels. Fresh bagels.

Cons:

Toilet broken in first room. Didn’t work at all. Next room had no hangers, damaged walls and furniture, broken and noisy A/C.

Pros:

The room was decent. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast was not up to par. I had stayed at a Wyndham before COVID and I suspect that the cost cuts have resulted in cold hard egg sausage sandwiches.

Convenient location and a good quiet nights sleep.
Pros:

Mo, the young fellow at the desk was great. He is pleasant, engaging & genuinely funny. I asked for the quietest room and he looked in the computer and put some thought into the room assignment - it was quiet as a vault, perfect. He also recommended a walking distance restaurant and suggested what to order, I followed his advice and had a great meal.

The room was very clean and breakfast was basic but fine.

Cons:

No problems at all.
