Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang und ich konnte das Zimmer ohne Berechnung schon vor dem eigentlichem Check in beziehen.
Auf dem ersten Blick war das Zimmer sauber. Das Bett war akzeptabel, auch wenn die Matratze scheinbar nicht zum Bett gehört (siehe Bild).
Das Frühstück war für den Preis ganz in Ordnung.

Ein erlebnisreicher Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Renoviertes 30-Zimmer-Hotel in ruhiger Lage unweit des Spitzingsees mit Parkplatz am Haus. Zum Hotel gehört ein Restaurant. Überwiegend kleine nicht abgetrennte Balkons an den Zimmern. WLAN gut, jedoch ungesichert. Betten bequem. Frühstück ausreichend und mittelmäßig. Es gab die Schliersee-Gästekarte - erst nach Anfrage.

Cons:

SAT-TV anfangs nur Privatsender, nach Beschwerde öff-rechtl. Sender mit Störungen. Sofortbezahlung bei Check-in, Rezeption kaum besetzt, deshalb kein Service, keine Auskünfte. Bei Vollbelegung und 2-Stunden-Frühstückszeit gab es Wartezeiten. Automatengetränke kalt/warm mit kritikwürdigem Geschmack. Personal langsam und ohne Lächeln, Sprachbarriere? Kleiner WC-/Duschraum: 1,80m x 1,68m, keine Ablagemöglichkeit. Fläche Vor- und Schlafraum zusammen etwa 15 qm, Möblierung mit Hocker und Stuhl, Sitzhöhe 42 cm, Tisch 60 x 60 cm - alles sehr klein. Kein Aufzug. Restaurantangebot nicht attraktiv.

Pros:

Sehr sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Generell due Lage ist wirklich gut und man ist direkt in der Natur. Besonders der Fuchs auf der Terrasse war süß.

Cons:

Sauna ging leider nicht und in der Dusche haben wir bei der Armatur die Schraube fest ziehen müssen. Kaffee und "Erfrischungsgetränke" aka Saft waren sehr schlecht.

Nur noch in einem Zimmer, das nicht zur Terrasse liegt.
Pros:

Zimmer war gut. Bad/Dusche neu renoviert.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Schlecht ist die Lärm- und Geruchskulisse der Terrasse des Restaurants. Das Zimmer war dadurch sehr laut und Geruchsbelastet. Nach irgendwas, Essen oder Rauch, hat es immer gerochen, solange die Terrasse in Betrieb war.
Frühstücksraum etwas klein, wenn das Hotel voll belegt ist.

Die Dusche war sehr klein und die Armaturen eigenwillig installiert.
Das angeschlossene Restaurant war nicht sehr empfehlenswert - auf die Speisen und die Verständigung bezogen.
