Puerto Palace: lo mejor de Puerto de la Cruz!
Pros:

Las piscinas, la comida, los ambientes, el ascensor, las plantas, todo!

Overall, I was disappointed with my stay. Given the price I paid, I expected much better standards in terms of cleanline

Maybe only the lobby!

Cons:

The room was not clean. I found hair almost everywhere—in the room, in the bathroom, on the bed, and on the floor.

The internet connection was also poor. My phone kept getting disconnected while I was using the
Wi-Fi.

In addition, the reception staff were not warm or friendly.

You could also find lizards near the swimming pool. The pool itself was too shallow. It was suitable for children, but not for adults.

Una estancia para "recargar pilas"
Pros:

La comida variada, me hubiese gustado que el zumo de naranja en el desayuno fuera natural, pero por lo demas todo muy bien.
En cuanto a las piscinas, sólo utilizamos el jakuzzi una tarde ya que despues del desayuno saliamos de paseo

L’hôtel est très bien situé , propre et vraiment beau. Le petit déjeuner est bon , et le personnel est sympa.

Cons:

On a réservé une chambre avec un grand lit , on a eu une chambre avec 2 lits séparés pour un couple.

Pros:

L'accueil sympa, la chambre spacieuse avec un balcon vers la rue. La chambre était calme et très propre, le lit très confortable. J'ai passé mon séjour avec beaucoup plaisir. Le petit-déjeuner (buffet) très bon. Le parking gratuit sur la rue autour de l'établissement. J'espère de revenir déjà l'année prochaine!

Cons:

Le temps de check-in est limité à 16-17 h, je proposerais de 16-19h p.e.

Pros:

Trato del personal excelente, muy buena ubicacion y se encuentra aparcamiento muy facilmente. Tuvimos media pension y cumplio con nuestras expectativas.

Cons:

Si tengo que poner un pero es en las almohadas.
