Muy buen hotel
Pros:

No me esperaba que las instalaciones nos gustaran tanto. Sobre todo las piscinas y la cantidad de gente en relación al espacio de uso y tránsito. Fue muy agradable .

Classy hotel and very well run

Great facilities , very efficient staff , the evening entertainment was excellent, especially the Friday night singer ( Gaby ) I think. One of the best voices we,ve ever heard .

Pros:

The reception and cleaning staff here is amazingly sweet and accommodating, kind and helpful. Additionally, the staff in the restaurant and the main bar is also very efficient, understanding and very, very polite, plus the food was delicious. Also, the common areas are beautifully designed, very modern and stylish, especially the reception, the bar/ common live music area and the outside terrace.

Cons:

With all due respect, please consider taking a look at the bed linen, as more than once i have found bedding with holes in it and that not gave me a comfortable sleeping experience. (not to blame the cleaning staff at all, as they were very sweet and helpful!)

Pros:

Era nuestra tercera vez en el hotel 🏨 y ya estamos deseando repetir.

La fruta de bienvenida, el jacuzzi exterior, la calidad del buffet del desayuno. Todo suma para disfrutar de una estancia estupenda. Pero, por encima de todo, destacaría la calidad humana y el gran equipo que forma parte del hotel.

Desde el momento en que llegas a recepción, pasando por las camareras de piso , personal de los bares, restaurante, todos contribuyen a que la experiencia tenga un valor especial. Porque al final, más allá de todo, son las personas las que marcan la diferencia. ❤️

Mención especial para Jacpi y Noemí, del equipo de bares, por su cariño, su cercanía y la originalidad de sus cócteles 🍸. Vuestra atención y vuestro buen hacer aportaron un toque muy especial a nuestra celebración de cumpleaños.
