studios très pratiques, emplacement dans un quartier calme proche tramway et quelques restaurants, 40 min à pied du centre de Tours.

Le personnel incroyablement sympathique vraiment que se soit a notre arrivée et la dame du petit déjeuner d'une gentillesse inouïe gros cout de cœur elle prend vraiment soin des clients! C'était le petit déjeuner du samedi 16 mai 2026

Ce problème de bruit incessant toute la nuit a gâché notre nuit. La deco est sommaire, dépassée.
Pros:

C'est spacieux, équipé pour la cuisine

Cons:

le bruit (vrombissement) toute la nuit du frigo, ou chauffe eau ou la VMC on ne sait pas trop, mais impossible de dormir. Le paumeau de douche fuitait dans tous les sens au niveau du joint.

Pros:

O recepcionista era bastante simpatico e prestavel.

Cons:

O primeiro quarto que nos foi atribuido não tinha sido limpo depois do ultimo hospede ter saido, o recepcionista atribui-nos com rapidez e simpatia outro quarto, este encontrava-se com as paredes bastante sujas, o chão tambem. A casa de banho tinha varios cabelos de hospedes anteriores. A varanda tinha 10cm de altura de agua acomulada das chuvas.
