Cons:

Mittags haben wir eingecheckt, um 20:00 wurden wir angerufen wann wir denn kommen wollen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt befanden wir uns auf einer Feier. Wir erfuhren, dass das Zimmer in dem wir eingecheckt haben, anderweitig vergeben wurde. Nun verlangte man von uns, dass wir die Feier verlassen, um ein anderes Zimmer zu beziehen. Wir sagten, dass wir gegen 24Uhr kommen würden. Dies war aber nach Aussage vom Mitarbeiter nicht möglich. Wir haben das Ersatzzimmer dann nicht genommen und sind anderweitig untergekommen.
