El personal de la recepcion fue muy atento y nos ayudo con toda la información que solicitamos. Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño y acogedoras, con una buena cama. el baño esta bien. El desayuno muy bueno, sin embargo la comida del restaurante podria ser mejor. La ubicacion esta justo al lado de la entrada de petra

Breakfast was decent. Location is very very good and very close to the visitor center main entrance to Petra.

Location right across from the entrance for tourism...awesome. The restaurant staff were exceptional, meals amazing and they were very attentive. View awesome.

Nos encanto! La atención, la ubicación, el desayuno, las habitaciones, fue nuestro hotel favorito del viaje. Hasta en el cuarto dejaron amenidades del mar muerto y galletas. Recomendaríamos el hotel a cualquiera. Queda justo al lado de Petra. Balil nos ayudo a reservar petra by night y nos dio recomendaciones!

We really enjoyed our stay at Petra Moon Hotel . The staff was very welcoming , friendly and always ready to help . The food was also very good , with tasty and well prepared meals .
The location was a excellent , especially for visiting petra , as the hotel is very close to the petra visitor Center ,making it very convenient to start and end our visit . We also had the pleasure of enjoying a beautiful sunset right from our room , which made our stay Even moré special .
Overall , we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hôtel to anyone visiting petra .

I have traveled quite a bit, but I don’t recall a more amazing hotel by far the best hotel in Jordan this should be a six star hotel the care with which we were treated was legendary. The room was exceptional the breakfast amazing and the gentlemen BILAL was the highlight of our stay he took care of us like family. Everything we needed. Was that our disposal I would return to Petra just to stay in this hotel. the pool was amazing. The Jacuzzi everything. I’m a world traveler and this Hotel ranks in my top 10 ever if you plan to visit Petra don’t waste your time anywhere else. ❤️

La ubicacion es muy buena al lado del visitors center. El desayuno está bien es buffet, quizás echo en falta algo de chocolate en la zona de dulces. La cena decidimos no cenar en el restaurante nos pareció caro como el doble de lo que cuesta otro restaurante parecido en la calle del hotel

Fantastic hotel located right at the entrance to the Petra Archaeological Site, making it the perfect base for exploring this incredible wonder. The service was exceptional from start to finish. We especially loved the rooftop restaurant, where we enjoyed dinner under a beautiful star-filled sky, and the pool was the perfect place to cool off during the hottest hours of the day.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay. A special compliment to the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, who truly showcased the warmth and hospitality that Jordan is famous for. They made our visit even more memorable. Highly recommended!

This is an amazing place of stay and such a nice experience for a family of 5, customer service was great, people were nice, and food was incredibly tasty!
