It was okay to stay
Pros:

+ Near Hamburg-Altona Hbf, just 4' walking and the train connects to fast every direction we want to go
+ 5' Walk to the shopping centre and lots of restaurants
+ Bed and blankets are comfy, room is warm if you close window

Cons:

+ No elevator, climbing to the 4th. floor on the whole vacation didn't feel good, especially when you accidentally forget something
+ New guests got confused in front of the checking door, cause they all looked at the wrong pin-code-box, we were also like that the first time. Have to call and try some different passwords cause mostly they're wrong.. ( 3 times passwords have to be tried)
+ No fridge
+ The price could be lower around 70-75€ instead 100€/night, cause basically the room just has chair-table-clothes hanger and bathroom with shower curtain. Empty shampoo though.

Cons:

Rezeption nicht besetzt. Code-System zum Öffnen der Türen gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Überhaupt kein Ansprechpartner.

When I selected this hotel on Booking.com, breakfast was included. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that breakfast is not provided here at all. Also, the cleaning service is poor — the cleaner does not properly clean the room, and the bed sheets and duvet covers are not changed regularly. The only good thing about this hotel is that the location is very good. Other than that, the experience has been disappointing.

Pros:

Die Lage war das enzige, die gut war.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Zimmer hinten im Erdgeschoss zum Hinterhof (Zimmer Nr 14).. Vor dem Fenster lagen Müllbeutel, das Zimmer war dunkel und kalt.
Ausserdem ging der Fernseher nicht. Auch nach Meldung an die Bediensteten und danach schriftlich an das Hotel wurde das Problem nicht behoben.
Das Mobiliar war teilweise kaputt; keine Schrauben im Nachttisch.
