The entire staff is excellent.. Very friendly and assisted us when we needed. Check-in and checkout was smooth. Grounds and pool are in great shape and the rooms are clean. We will definitely come back again.

Perfect location!
Pros:

The hotel was clean and spacious. The location is perfect! Step out and you are on the main shops and restaurants road.
The beach is a 5 minutes walk.

It was a wonderful place to stay ...clean...shopping...bars. .food. all around the hotel. I would stay again and ask for my sheetsbto be changed daily. I'm sure they would if asked but they remade ours.

This hotel is in a perfect location, right next to restaurants, bars and minutes from the beach in walking distance. keep in mind for the convenience of being local to everything you can hear music till midnight or one in the morning but if you don’t really mind just fall asleep to it it’s not that bad. It is an older hotels, so don’t expect the Hilton and you’ll be good. Staff very nice and accommodating overall pretty good for this little hotel. Would stay again.

Filthy. The taps and sink in the bathroom were visibly dirty. Linens were stained. We didn’t get fresh sheets once in the 7 nights we stayed there. Took 3 days to get a working fridge. Beds super hard, chairs uncomfortable and not enough toilet paper. Location was great.

Great location! Walking distance to many many places! In the heart of north Isla! Nice and friendly staff! Place was very clean! Only downside was little to no hot water and very firm beds! Expected for this area though! Would stay here again!
