The rooms and cleanliness was top notch. The food was also superb.
The location is a bit hard to get to and a bit messy as compared to the hotel.
This hotel is truly a hidden gem in the middle of Paharganj. It has an excellent location, very central, with many places to shop and explore nearby. It is easy to reach and also very convenient for getting to other areas of the city.
From the moment you arrive, the architecture is impressive, with incredible details that make you feel as if time has stood still, while still keeping a modern touch. You immediately feel the warmth and dedication of the staff. They are always willing to help and make sure you have the best possible experience. They assist you with your luggage, explain everything clearly, and are always available whenever you need anything.
The rooms are simply amazing. The hotel has recently been renovated without losing the unique charm that makes it so special. The ceilings, some of them even hand-painted, are true works of art. The rooms are very spacious, always spotless, and the beds are surprisingly comfortable.
The breakfast offers a great variety of options, and the room service menu is also extensive, with delicious food. Everything is extremely clean, and I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay.
It was a wonderful experience. This hotel is perfect for business travelers, families, or tourists who want to explore the city. Without a doubt, it is one of the best places to stay in the area

Our stay at Jyoti Mahal was truly unforgettable. This beautifully renovated heritage hotel perfectly blends traditional Indian charm with modern comfort. Every detail of the renovation has been thoughtfully designed, preserving the hotel’s rich heritage while creating an elegant, welcoming, and peaceful atmosphere. Our room was stunning, full of character, and made us feel as though we were staying in a small palace.
What truly makes this hotel exceptional is its people. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely authentic. Their warmth, professionalism, and heartfelt hospitality made us feel at home from the very first moment. They always greeted us with a smile and were happy to help with anything we needed. It is rare to find such sincere and caring service.
The food deserves special recognition. The restaurant offers an excellent selection of both traditional Indian cuisine and international dishes. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every meal exceeded our expectations.
Perhaps the most magical aspect of Jyoti Mahal is its location. Nestled right in the middle of the vibrant chaos of Main Bazaar, it feels like stepping into a peaceful oasis. As soon as you walk through the entrance, the noise and crowds fade away, replaced by tranquility, beauty, and timeless elegance.
A special mention goes to Brownie, the hotel’s adorable little dog. He stole our hearts with his sweetness and affectionate nature. Brownie made our stay even more memorable and added an extra touch of warmth and charm to this wonderful place. We already miss him!

Very helpful staff.
The staff was really nice. The hotel is good on its own and the rooms are good size and its value for money.
There was no lift and i had to climb 2 floors with my luggage. Also the location was terrible. The tiny tiny streets of Delhi CP area and the surroundings.
