Très bon endroit à Delhi
Pros:

L emplacement. Le personnel très attentif. Le charme de l hôtel. Le calme. Hôtel encore en rénovation et terminé il sera un des plus beau hotel de Delhi.

Cons:

Après rénovation j espère qu il y aura un endroit pour prendre un verre tranquillement. Il faudrait qu ils aménagent la terrasse sur le toit qui pourrait être magnifique !!

It had the vibe of a mahal as mentioned. The reception was nice. It was clean.

Cons:

The bathroom had no handles to lock, all the charging points were not working properly, the TV was not working properly, the roof had a tile missing, no lock on windows.

Beautiful and good value with very pleasant and helpful staff.
Pros:

Beautiful building, a little worn in places but no less charming for that. Very helpful staff and one of the comfiest beds I ever slept in, in India. A short walk from the metro but hidden away down a dirty backstreet that was generally noisy. First room I was offered was beautiful but there were too many places for mosquitoes to enter so was offers another room which while a little less lavishly decorated was beautiful too.

Cons:

The location is good for getting about the city but the roads are very potholed and dirty around that area but inside the hotel is a picture of Mughal architecture and art, shabby chic Indian style. Generally clean but some missed areas. Unfortunately I was a little ill but whether that was from the food in the evenings (ordered from outside by hotel staff from a decent menu) or from food eaten while exploring the city I will never know. That said, I think it was worth a mild case of “Delhi belly” to see the place and have some good nights sleep. Having lived in India I can generally tune out the noisy traffic and shouting from outside but others may not like that

Si l la façade et l intérieur du hall semblent vintage, les chambres sont assez exceptionnelles. La décoration typique Haveli, les couleurs, la mosaïque, le lit à baldaquin et l espace intérieur sont fabuleux. Le roof top est sympa. L accueil est impeccable. La salle de bain moderne et spacieuse. Bref on a adoré cet hébergement.

Cons:

Une remarque lié à l environnement. Le quartier est très animé, nuit et jour. Pour les touristes cela peut être stressant. Demander à l accueil de l hotel pour vous appeler un tuk tuk si vous savez où aller.

I have been traveling to New Delhi for 20 years and, after trying many hotels, I can assure you none compares to Jyoti Mahal.
I’m still as thrilled as day one! It’s right next to the vibrant Main Bazar but tucked 100 meters away, making it a peaceful oasis where you sleep in absolute silence.
The spectacular Rajasthani architecture transports you to another era, and the entire hotel is remarkably clean. The newly renovated rooms feature beautiful hand-painted murals, traditional lamps, large comfy beds, AC, a fridge, and flawless Wi-Fi. The new bathrooms are colorful and fully equipped with a hairdryer and clean towels.
What truly makes you feel safe and right at home is the outstanding service: Total Safety & Trust: It’s a super secure hotel that gives total peace of mind. They even store your large bags or bulky purchases safely if you travel around or another city.
Flawless Logistics: Send your flight number and a trusted airport taxi will wait for you, even if your flight is delayed or late at night. They also arrange city and train station rides.

For 20 years, my husband and I have always chosen Jyoti Mahal whenever we visit New Delhi. Having tried other places before, we can confidently say that nothing else compares to this hotel, and we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else!
What we love about it:
* Perfect Location: Right by the lively Main Bazar, but tucked away 100 meters in a quiet spot that offers complete and restful silence for a perfect sleep.
* Palace Architecture & Upgraded Rooms: The building feels like a historic Rajasthani palace. The rooms have been freshly upgraded with stunning hand-painted details, cozy beds, powerful AC, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
* Flawless Services: Their airport pickup and train transfers are seamless and dependable, no matter how delayed your trip is. They also offer a laundry service and a secure baggage hold.

L endroit ,s il peut faire vintage dans le hall d accueil , est absolument à découvrir.c est très coloré, dispose d un roof top très agreable et notre chambre absolument dans le thème maharadja. Vous vivez une histoire dans ce lieu.
