Host front desk very helpful.

Cons:

There is no soundproofing. Family above us was banging around, the worst I have ever experienced went on for an hour and a half and had to call the desk.

I loved everything about Waterton except for the hotel we stayed at

Location of the hotel and beds

Cons:

The chairs are dilapidated and look extremely disgusting with visible dirts. I could not sit on the chairs even for a minute. The floors need to be redone. The oven was not cleaned and had crumbs of food everywhere. I expected better

Aspen Village is convenient and comfortable.
Pros:

I have always loved staying at Aspen Village. Been there many times. It is convenient, hospitable with good facilities.

Cons:

I’ve never had any complaints other than I would prefer proper glasses and mugs.

Pros:

Would work for people staying and shopping in town

Cons:

Very noisy! They would do well to insulate the walls between rooms. Ours was like the people in the next room were in our room. That is unsatisfactory considering the cost of the room. The toilet was so low a handicapped person would not be able to use and the countertop in the bathroom was higher than normal.Would not make the mistake of staying there again.
