According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

Please note that one dog of maximum 18 kg is allowed in each unit.

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Travesseiros muito antigos, baixos.
E Infelizmente MUITO barulho. A acústica é bem ruim, escutei todos os dias arrastar móveis, bater, andarem … todo e qualquer som parece que é dentro do quarto. Se a intenção é descansar, não recomendo

Average hotel at a good location
Pros:

The location is very good with good restaurants and shopping centers around. The breakfast is good and the room is spacious. The bathroom has a good shower and is renovated

Cons:

The furniture in the room is very old, stained and mixed up. The lights are dark and there was a noise of air conditioning outside my room ( spa or restaurant, I don’t know) every day until 10 PM. The air conditioning in my own room was broken and didn’t work properly. The wifi was very unstable and I had to magnetise my room key every day because it didn’t work more than 12 hours.

A localização é fantástica, ao lado do Shopping Pátio Batel e com fácil acesso para qualquer lugar. O quarto é espaçoso e as roupas de cama e banho boas. Banheiro amplo e chuveiro muito bom. Os funcionários são educados e solícitos.

Cons:

O hotel está em reforma, então isso sempre atrapalha. O café da manhã atende o necessário, mas parece abaixo da qualidade do hotel.

Pros:

Cama, travesseiro, produtos de higiene de alta qualidade. Atendimento da equipe foi super receptivos e ágeis quando pedimos banheira pra nossa filha.

Cons:

Café da manhã com pouca variedade, barulho da rua era alto também, porém como temos costume de colocar barulho de água não chegou a ser um problema.
