Pros:

El desayuno de este hotel es todo lo que está bien, encuentras de todo, el personal es muy amable, la habitación es grande, cómoda y las almohadas super confortables, la ubicación es super centrada, en la parte baja de Oporto, cerca al rio.

Cons:

Rührei hat nach Fisch gestunken, Türe im Bad schleift auf dem Boden und der Rezeptionist hat nur mir die Hand gegeben, nicht meiner Frau (stand neben mir).

Très cher et pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles

- Literie
- Petit-déjeuner

Cons:

- Check-in: accueil à la réception avec un chewing-gum dans la bouche…
- Dans un hôtel 4 étoiles, pas de bouteilles d’eau gratuite à disposition dans la chambre.
- Dans ma chambre, pas un seul cintre et pas remplacés durant mon séjour (2 nuits)
- Parquet et portes en mauvais état
- Porte-valise complètement déchiré
- Dans l’autre chambre, pas de gel douche disponible.
- A la réception, des fauteuils sont disponibles pour prendre un verre et se reposer. Les clients laissent des déchets (mauvaise attitude) et personne ne vient ramasser (le personnel). Mauvaise image en se promenant au rez-de-chaussée…

Buen campamento base en el centro de Oporto

La ubicación

Cons:

Ni el colchón (que aunque era grande se notaban varios muelles que se hincaban), ni el aislamiento de las ventanas ( por las noches se escuchaba muchísimo el tráfico de coches, motos y sirenas)

Personal antipática.No elegí la opción más barata para quedar en una habitación cómoda pero nos mandó a sótano la primera noche, donde hacía ruido. El hombre mayor de la recepción es muy desagradable y antipático

Pros:

Le logement est très bien placé et très propre. On pensait quand même avoir quelque chose d’un peu plus grand, on ne pensait pas avoir cette chambre au moment de la réservation.

Après, la vue est vraiment magnifique, donc ça rattrape pas mal le reste. Globalement, on a quand même passé un bon séjour.
