Wouldn’t stay again. Moved to another hotel.

Central location. If you like hard beds this is your hotel

Cons:

Tiny room. Very very hard bed. You could literally feel the ribs of the springs. Tried three rooms and all beds were the same. Had to get blankets from reception to sleep on

Uncomfortable bed with springs protruding. This was the first time in all my years of travelling that I have been charged for leaving my suitcase at reception for a few hours after checking out.

Great location! Value for money
Pros:

Location was excellent - close to all the shops, one street back from the river.
Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Due to busy location of hotel it was hard to a to get a uber - twice we tried & they didn't stop & cancelled the trip, otherwise there are taxis on the other side of the road.
Also the room was a little too small for us as we had a lot of luggage.

Vastaanottohenkilökuntaa selvästi liian vähän, aamulla lähtiessä check-out ruuhakutui pahasti, koska työvuorossa oli vain yksi henkilö. Sama toistui iltapäivällä matkalaukkuja haettaessa. Saapuessa huone oli epäsiisti, lattialla pyyhe ja kylpyhuoneessa käytetty hammastikku. Tuli tunne, että huoneessa oli majoittunut joku vieras minun lisäkseni, mikä tuntui epämukavalta ja turvattomalta. Suihkukopin lasitus vuoti suoraan vessan lattialle. Hotellin sijainti on melko hyvä, mutta kadunpuoleinen huone meluisa edessä kulkevan vilkkaasti liikennöidyn kadun vuoksi. Pidin majoitusta kalliina sen tasoon nähden.

Staff helpful with issues. Good location. Nice bar. Only liked Deluxe Suite. High prices.
Pros:

Upon checkin- we asked to see the room prior to plunking down the credit card and they refused. Once we saw the room we were not happy with it. After speaking with a supervisor they allowed us to switch to a lovely room that was only available for one of our 3 nights. We did enjoy THAT room. It was large and had a full balcony overlooking the river and a big bathroom with a tub/shower. Wish we could have stayed in that room the whole time.

Cons:

The room we stayed in for the remainder of our stay was a Duplex Suite. Although it had a tiny balcony, it was facing the street but you could look way down and see the edge of the river. The "riverview" was a high-up window upstairs that was double paned that you could hardly see through. The living room had a tiny closet with almost no space to hang up anything-and only short items. It was 17 steps up to the bedroom and bathroom with a metal railing. The ceiling was all slanted heights. THERE WERE NO PLUGS IN THE UPSTAIRS AT ALL. The bathroom had a shower that leaked all over the floor and there was a window that had wood blinds that if were open you could see the toilet and shower. The bed was not very comfortable. If you chose to open the sleeper sofa on the bottom level, then you would have to go UP the stairs to use the bathroom. Total lack of decoration. This room is SO NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

Great location and excellent breakfast!
Pros:

We really liked to stay at this hotel. The location was great, the room was nice, the breakfast was very good and served in a very nice room. We also enjoyed looking at how the building of this hotel was adapted to the original structure mainly made of stone dating back hundreds of years.
