An emergency alarm popped and there was an evacuation order at the rooms floors but, when I asked the staff what was going on they said it was nothing important. Dismissing it and saying there was no evacuation order...

Sinceramente es inadmisible que se pague por un servicio de hotel, que no es un apartamento ni casa de alquiler y el personal de limpieza no atienda las peticiones de los clientes.
Hemos pagado por un servicio de hotel. Había leído comentarios sobre este asunto en redes antes de hacer la reserva, pero sinceramente no podía creer que en un hotel no se haga el servicio de habitaciones de forma diaria.
Y el trato del personal de limpieza no ha sido nada amable. En recepción lo hemos reclamado cada día que fuesen por favor a limpiar y nada. A los dos días tuvimos que acudir al carro de limpieza por toallas limpias porque ni eso lo habían cambiado.

Y el tema del desayuno mucho que desear. Platos y cubiertos de plásticos, calidad mínima y variedad menos.

Overall nice rooms, location near restaurants and not far from Cruise port

Cons:

Keep the bar area open a little longer. I was enjoying playing pool but it closed around 1030
