The location was good and the hotel was nice. Carlos checked us in and he was AWESOME.

The hotel was clean & beautiful & had safety measures like room key access to elevators.
Pros:

I liked the comfortable waiting to check in area. I loved our Suite they gave me & my cousin.
The African American concierge at the check in desk was extremely nice & compt our upgrade because of the long room turnover that delayed us 3 hours to check in to our room. I let her know it wasn’t her fault.
Housekeeping was ridiculously slow cleaning the rooms for about 20 of us guests who arrived for 4pm check in. It was almost 8pm for us to get into our room & we still needed to get dinner & get up early for our cruise. That should be looked into.

Cons:

Just the 3 hour long wait to check in due to housekeeping not turning over the rooms until almost 8pm.

Inolvidable!
Pros:

El desayuno estaba delicioso todos los días, todas la áreas del hotel son cómodas, limpias y agradables. La ubicación es segura y excelente para conocer el área. Las habitaciones tienen una vistas muy lindas. El horario de la piscina es ideal para poder disfrutar de la noche. El ambiente por la noche en el restaurante es muy ameno, divertido y puede ser familiar.
