Infelizmente, tive problemas com a cobrança. Me foi cobrado valor superior ao da reserva no cartão que deixei registrado no booking e não obtive solução até o momento.

Best Hotel Stay in years!
Pros:

The check with the front desk customer service was friendly and welcoming. The manger was amazing. The security guard which was a young man on the 1sr shift was also very friendly like a concierge. Very informative. He told us where to go & how to get there. The room was stocked with snacks and water the was the best added touch. I also appreciated and enjoyed the driver who took us to the port to catch our cruise was also very polite and friendly and professional. Best stay at at hotel in a long time.

Cons:

I was not aware that breakfast was over by 10:00 am so we missed breakfast.
