Worth it. But avoid the lobby - it stinks.
Pros:

Staff and rooms were great.

Cons:

The lobby and seating area and tea areas all REEKED of cigarette smoke. It was disgusting. The hotel should have designated smoking / non-smoking areas.

Certains détails d'un 5 étoiles une chasse d'eau non fonctionnelle une liseuse lampe qui sort de son réceptacle vitrine de porte de la salle d'eau à changer , tiroir de chevet de nuit à réparer

Pros:

Excellent central location, with everything just a short walk away. The staff are professional and welcoming, and the hotel has a pleasant, classic atmosphere. My room was spacious and comfortable, making it a relaxed and easy place to return to after exploring the city. Overall, a very enjoyable and convenient stay in Oran.

A must stay in Oran near the light rail one and a half block away
Pros:

The sauna and comfortable bed And the breakfast staff was nice especially Abdou he was kind , helpful and friendly he really likes his job . I will return to this hotel next year

Pros:

Ce que nous avons apprécié c’est l architecture de l’hôtel et la déco.

Cons:

Ce que je regrette dans cette hôtel c’est que l on fume à l’intérieur de l hôtel. Le salon de thé étais fumeurs peux de place pour les femmes en famille et que des hommes et des femmes qui n etais pas de l hôtel . Hôtel pas du tout familial et mal fréquenter .
