Localisation géographique
Le petit déjeuner est ok même si les produits ne sont pas frais.
Expérience extrêmement décevante et totalement indigne d’un hôtel Hilton.
Nous avons réservé deux chambres en demi-pension pour près de 700 € et avons découvert à notre arrivée des chambres dans un état lamentable : stores extérieurs hors service, pommeaux de douche qui ne tiennent pas, lumières défectueuses, miroir grossissant cassé, et dans l’une des chambres la porte de la salle de bain était cassée et ne fermait même pas.
À l’accueil, on nous annonce la présence d’un mini-bar… inexistant dans les chambres.
La demi-pension est également une véritable arnaque : malgré le supplément payé, plus de la moitié des plats du restaurant étaient encore facturés en supplément. Pour couronner le tout, la qualité des plats et le niveau du service étaient très loin du standing annoncé.
Autre point inadmissible : le montant du séjour a été débité avant même notre arrivée alors que nous souhaitions régler sur place, avec menace d’annulation si nous refusions. Et en plus de cela, les taxes de séjour nous ont été facturées deux fois.
À ce prix-là, un tel niveau de prestations est tout simplement inacceptable. Nous regrettons fortement ce séjour et ne remettrons plus les pieds dans cet établissement.
The staff (especially Samuel) were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, the hotel did not offer good value for money. For a 4-star hotel, I expected a noticeably higher standard, especially in the SPA facilities.
The SPA experience was disappointing. There were not enough chairs for guests to relax, and one of the lockers was faulty, which resulted in us losing almost 20 minutes while the issue was being resolved. In addition, there was only one changing area, which was insufficient for the number of people using the SPA at the same time, making the locker area crowded and uncomfortable.
The internet connection was also very poor during our stay.
I was surprised that we were charged extra for a very basic toothbrush and toothpaste kit.

L’accueil était très agréable ! Le spa est petit mais très cosy, parfait pour passer un moment seule ou en duo. Les lits sont très confortables, les chambres propres, et nous avons mangé au restaurant de l’hôtel : service souriant et plats délicieux.
Everything was great, except the receptionist who served me in my check-in. To tell you the truth, I cannot tell you that he wasn’t smiling or something, but I can tell you that he was really trying to make fun of people. He was so carcastic.Because i was not speaking French.
L’établissement est très bien situé: proche des transports en communs et entouré d’une magnifique nature. Étangs, potager, Ravel, nous avons pu profiter de ce magnifique cadre pour marcher au calme.
Le personnel est excellent ! La chambre a été très bien entretenue. Merci au personnel d’entretien qui travaille dans la plus grande discrétion.

La chambre est propre et bien équipée. Les lits sont confortables. La vue sur l’étang était très agréable.

Pas de mini-bar dans la chambre. Impossible d’ouvrir un peu la fenêtre - indiqué très grand lit double alors que Non - toilette dans la salle de bain . Odeur de renfermé à l’intérieur de la chambre hotel loin de tout
L'accueil 24/24 était vraiment un plus, le personnel a toujours été accueillant, la literie est vraiment top, si je dois revenir je n'hésiterais pas à revenir dans ce même hôtel.
J'ai 2 petites remarques à formuler, la première, lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre, la fenêtre n'était pas fermé et on ne pouvait pas la fermer car elle était bloqué en oscillo-battant mais hors de son logement, j'ai du observé pendant 5mn le mécanisme afin de pouvoir la fermé correctement. Autre petite remarque, le pommeau de douche fuyait à la base de celui ci. En soit rien de bien grave mais je tenais à le signaler quand même.
