Zeker geen ontbijt nemen
Pros:

Zeer ruime kamer en comfortabel bed.

Cons:

Veel te warm op de kamer en badkamer, was wel middenin een hittegolf maar de ventilator die voorzien was op de kamer was niets waard en werkte maar half.
Stuk voor douchekop aan stang vast te zetten was stuk, dus was ongemakkelijk douchen.

Ontbijt was heel erg tegengevallen.
Heel klein buffet dat niet werd bijgevuld, spek(blokjes) en roerei was op toen we gingen ontbijten rond 10u00 ( je kan tot 11u00 ontbijten) en alles stond warm te worden in een klein hoekje.
Uit het mandje waar de lepels in zaten vloog een grote mot toen we een lepeltje wilden nemen.
Brood was niet vers!
Verpakte suikerwafels zijn helemaal raar in het ontbijtbuffet

In de kamers was er geen airco en met warm weer is het quasi niet te doen.

Pros:

A localização, estando perto da central de autocarros e da estação de comboios.

Cons:

Quarto muito quente e sem ar condicionado
Quarto com muito ruído do exterior e logo de muito cedo (pela madrugada)

Pros:

The accommodation is in a very good location. The staff is kind, flexible and helpful in everything. The room is clean and comfortable. The fridge is a plus. The bathroom is clean and has everything.Special thanks for the fan.

Cons:

We were there on a very hot day, an air conditioner would be a great advantage.

perfecte locatie, prima verblijf voor een overnachting. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Als het warm is, valt het tegen zonde

Short stays only
Pros:

Friendly owner, the room was okay in terms of quality and comfort. Nothing classy, but for 1 or 2 nights adequate. The location is both a blessing and a curse, opposite the train station. Loud trains and trams, but good connection.

Cons:

Hotel could use better sound proofing due to many trains/trams.
Hotel should really invest in better internet. Didn't work at all, which is utterly embarassing in the city center of the 3rd largest city in Belgium. I have better internet connection in a small hotel in the Polish countryside...

All in all I felt the price was a bit steep for the value one received. 100 euro for one night is a bit much, in those conditions.

Heel kort bij het St. Pietersstation, ik reis altijd met het openbaar vervoer.
De kamer en het sanitair waren wel proper.

Cons:

Heel gedateerde infrastructuur, kan wel opfrissing gebruiken. Vooral het tapijt in de gangen is vuil.

Schrottig aber trotzdem gut.
Pros:

Zur Überraschung habe ich das Familienzimmer zur Einzelnutzung erhalten.
Wie eine Wohnung mit Küche und Balkon.
Es war sehr ruhig im Innenhof

Cons:

Leider war jedes - wirklich jedes - Möbelstück auf irgendeine Weise defekt.
Wenn hier grundlegend neue Möbel angeschafft würden wäre es ok. So hatte es eher den Charakter Sperrmüll.

Desastre total

No está mal ubicado.

Cons:

Prácticamente todo.
Instalaciones muy viejas.
Las camas incómodas, te hundias en el colchón.
El enchufe del baño no funcionaba.
El refrigerador no enfriaba.
Estos problemas los comuniqué en recepción y ni p... caso, no me dieron ninguna solución.
Toda la estancia, sin enchufe y sin refrigerador.
Los botes de gel de baño, ridículos de pequeños. Todos los días sin champú.

Un verdadero desastre.
