Solamente había un ascensor ya que el otro estaba estropeado y subir o bajar a la habitación a depende qué horas era bastante difícil.

Cons:

Con el hotel tan grande que es y tres ascensores que tienen, solo funcionaba uno y a medias. Al parecer, llevan mucho tiempo con ese problema. Espero que pongan solución pronto, porque el hotel tampoco es que sea muy barato para tener que hacer cola para subir al ascensor. Íbamos con un hombre mayor que no podía bajar y subir escaleras y fué muy engorroso.

Pros:

Los salones y el comedor tienen un tamaño acorde con el número de clientes por lo que no tuvimos que esperar para sentarnos en el desayuno.
La habitación y el baño son espaciosos.
Fuimos en coche pero la ubicación era estupenda, frente a la estación de tren y junto al paso inferior que va a la playa.

Cons:

Los ascensores eran un desespero, en ocasiones funcionaba sólo 1.
El desayuno era variado pero el café era imbebible y ninguno de los 2 días hubo yogur.
El parking vale 15€ la noche, se aprovechan que no hay bolsas de aparcamiento gratis.

Dommage, c'est un bel établissement
Pros:

L'emplacement proche de la plage, la chambre avec literie confortable et le balcon. Le buffet bien achalandé et le choix. Les terrasses extérieures (piscine, bar).

Cons:

La complexité et l'impossibilité pour accéder à la piscine intérieure : nous avons essayé de réserver un créneau auprès de la réception puisque c'était la condition, on nous a simplement dit qu'il fallait voir avec le maître nageur sans nous dire "où " est le maître nageur. Aux horaires annoncés d'ouverture de cette piscine, celle-ci était inoccupée, pas de maître nageur, et la porte fermée. Durant 2 jours, nous sommes passés devant 4 fois ( aux horaires d'ouverture 10h à 18h) et il n'y avait personne ( la piscine est sur le trajet pour aller au restaurant). Lors du choix des prestations de l'hôtel c'était un de nos critères principal, et nous n'avons pas pu en bénéficier. La réception n'a pas été "claire et aidante", et n'a fournit aucun effort pour répondre à notre demande. Nous sommes repartis "frustrés". De plus, plusieurs ascenseurs étaient en panne, chambre au 4ème étage, donc longue attente à chaque aller-retour en chambre.

Pros:

The food was really good and it was kept very clean. My room was cleaned everyday and the guest washrooms in the lobby were very clean.

Cons:

The elevators were broken. There was only one working elevator out of three for most of the week. They did have maintenance working on them.
