According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.
When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with checkin from 2:00 PM and checkout by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.

Excelente localização e equipe altamente treinada pra atender bem. Vale muito à pena.
Amei ter uma mini cozinha integrada no quarto. A cama é excelente, tamanho queen size, de boa qualidade, travesseiros excelentes também. Chuveiro forte e banheiro confortável. Me senti em casa, a minha família também. Os funcionários sempre muito solícitos e simpáticos, localização excelente, perto de tudo, além de estar próximo à Av. Paulista e à estação de metrô. Café da manhã de boa qualidade também. Enfim, amei, recomendo e pretendo ir novamente quando estiver em São Paulo.

Localização excelente . Deu para ir a pé para o centro de convenção Rebouças e para avenida Paulista. Elogiar a limpeza dos quartos e a educação dos funcionários.
Café da manhã razoável . Poderia ser melhor pelo valor que cobram. A demora do serviço de cozinha quando solicitado como por exemplo fazer um omelete ou pão na chapa era um absurdo. Disseram q pq era só uma pessoa na cozinha . Absurdo!

Desayuno muy limitado
A localização é ótima o café também, o comércio local é suficiente para você se abastecer. Ótimos restaurantes por perto e fácil de chegar em qualquer lugar.
As instalações são aquém. O quarto é espaçoso mas é pobre. Não tem luminária nem interruptores perto da cama. O Hotel pode ser antigo, mas é mal cuidado, as paredes com tinta descascando, os móveis estão lascados e mal cuidados. Pedimos um berço para nossa bebê, que tem 3 meses. Mas, nos entregaram um berção que parece uma cama para criança e não conseguimos usar. Quem é pai entende o que estou falando.
Excelente hospedagem. Destaque para o atendimento da recepção. Todas as demandas foram Atendidas em tempo.

Instalações confortáveis, quartos contém pia, para pequenos preparos de comida.
Funcionários prestativos.
Ha estacionamento no local, mas gerenciado por empresa terceira, paga-se separado da diária. Recomenda-se informar os horários limites da diária com eles para não ter surpresa na saída.
