According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.
When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Gosto de ficar neste hotel pela sua localização. Muito bom o café da manhã.
Na chegada nos deram um quarto (804) em que havia uma obra no quarto ao lado com muitas e seguidas batidas na parede, o que nos impedia de trabalhar "on line" e descansar durante o dia. A recepção prontamente nos disponibilizou o apartamento 604, onde o ar condicionado (em dias de muito calor em São Paulo) não funcionava plenamente, apenas ventilava. Novamente após contactada a Recepção avisou que enviaria um funcionário do Serviço de Manutenção, que só veio no dia seguinte, mas que resolveu a situação.
