Sehr nettes Personal und sauberes Zimmer. Wer nicht in einer unpersönlichen Bettenburg wohnen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Ein Hauch von Schwarzwald Klinik und der Luxus der 80ger Jahre macht diesen Aufenthalt zu einer tollen Erfahrung. Das ein wenig in die Jahre gekommene Interieur ist eher eine Bereicherung als ein Kritikpunkt. Gerne Wieder!!!
Hotel hat andere Zeiten erlebt, aber es war alles okay. Riesige Gelände und Super Frühstück.
Das Hotel u. die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt leider ist das Restaurant am Wochenende, aufgrund Personalmangels nicht geöffnet. Das Frühstück war leider nicht so besonders.
Es war sauber und ordentlich - und bei dem "Stephen King Overlook" Charme kommt kein anderes Hotel ran - herrlich

Almost nothing, considering the lack of humanity of the staff. They did not help me at all, intimidating to call the police since they were tired to look after me (where 8 p.m. time)...
The "s-courtesy" of the staff, didn't assist me at all while I needed help to enter in my door, since I remain closed outside. I was accused to have broken it, at the end was left alone without having the possibility to speak in english with the locksmith (who speaks german only). Last but not least, while coming back in this "horror hotel" I found the entire building without a light on, parking included, had to use a torch and almost fell in a hole. If you want to survive and save money, don't come to this place.
Quite an odd feel about the place, not helped by the kitchen closing at 7.30pm and last orders at the bar half an hour later(it is nowhere near anything else), is it a hotel or bed & breakfast, we ordered a burger that was quite undercooked, I also ordered a double scoop of ice-cream, the wafer was soft and it cost €9 for the two scoops. The room on the 3rd floor was a good size but dated. Breakfast, after the burger I avoided anything cooked or dairy, coffee was ok though.

Bar closes around 20:00 or 21:00 i guess. After that there is nothing to do in the hotel :)
My room was very old but it was clean. At least bed could be more comfortable. But not such a big deal for one night.
Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und von guter Qualität. Das Haus selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das Mobiliar müsste dringend erneuert werden.
In der Beschreibung von Expedia war das Haus rollstuhlgerecht. Leider konnte man das Haus nur über eine Freitreppe mit 8 Stufen erreichen😢

Enough towels in the bathroom. Very silent area.
The mattress was really not good and we had difficulty to sleep. Much too soft! The room was too warm even if the radiator were out: The bedroom floor was too hot and not really in good order.
Wunderschön gelegenenes Hotel mitten im Park. Sehr stimmungsvolles Ambiente, tolles Frühstück, sehr netter Service.
La dame à réception était désagréable :(( a l’arrivée comme au départ :)(Chambres vieillissantes, petit déjeuner décevant, pas beaucoup de choix .
Une mauvaise odeur dans tout l’hôtel.
Sinon la salle de bain était propre, le matelas était trop mou..
