This was our splurge night in Colombia. We did their coffee tour with Gustavo which was excellent. The hacienda is a bit difficult to get too (our driver managed it fine but it's not straightforward). The infinity pool (wasn't expecting that!) is chilly but has amazing views. The dinner was OK, nothing special (had better street food for a lot less money) but was OK. The bedrooms are nice but don't expect a lie in with the dog and chicken noises coming through the shutters :-). We would recommend and use again and it's good for couples but you need your own car or driver i would suggest. The coffee plantation grounds are lovely to wander around but i suspect, again, you need to book the tour to access these properly.

Nos encantó la estancia
Pros:

Las instalaciones eran muy bonitas y en un entorno hermoso. Tuvimos la oportunidad de almorzar antes de hacer el tour del café y también cenamos esa noche y la comida está muy buena.
El personal es muy amable y atento. Hicimos el tour de café de la propia hacienda y nos encantó, Marlo nos explicó todo muy bien y nos hizo una muy buena degustación del café. Nos encantó todo.

Cons:

Realmente nos gustó todo aunque si tuviésemos que añadir algo podríamos decir que el ruido de la carretera le quita encanto al lugar, sobre todo por la noche y se escucha en la habitación por la noche.

La hacienda tiene encanto y el entorno es muy tranquilo, ideal para desconectar. Sin embargo, no nos terminó de encantar porque creemos que le falta algo de mantenimiento, especialmente en el jacuzzi y la zona de spa, que se veían algo antiguos y desconchados. También echamos en falta algo más de música y un ambiente un poco más animado, como el que encontramos en otros sitios similares, ya que en algunos momentos resultaba demasiado tranquilo.

Una experiencia que se debe repetir.
Pros:

El hotel es muy colorido; típico de la zona. El staff muy amable.
El café es demasiado top. Producido por ellos mismos. La finca está ubicada en medio de una zona cafetera así que ofrecen un tour donde se puede aprender del café ☕️.
La torta de banano que ofrecen en el desayuno es increíble.
Desde la zona de piscina se puede apreciar un paisaje muy bonito. It's so peaceful.

El hotel está ubicado muy cerca a Armenia.

Cons:

Como llegamos de noche no se veía bien la entrada y era un poco misterioso. Se debe llamar a un número que aparece en la puerta para que te dejen entrar. Se debe manejar 3 minutos más por una carretera destapada hasta llegar a la entrada principal del hotel.
