Disappointing.
Pros:

The breakfast is good.

Cons:

Everything else felt dated and in need of maintenance. The room service was disappointing and below average. The carpaccio was still partially frozen when served, and the bruschetta was the worst I have ever tasted.

Estadia Maravilhosa
Pros:

Localização, pertinho da estação Granja Julieta, dá para ir caminhando. Equipe sensacional, educados e gentis. Quarto espaçoso e a cama e travesseiros super macios. Café da manhã muito bom, com diversas opções, tinha até cuscuz, que é uma excelente opção para quem tem sensibilidade ao glúten.

Cons:

Um ponto a ser observado é que, quando cheguei, não havia nenhuma toalha no banheiro, tive que solicitar a recepção, que prontamente me atendeu.

Funcionários. Muito educados e muito disponíveis pra ajudar

Cons:

Janelas do quarto imundas. Nao da pra ver a vista direito. Dá uma impressão péssima. São Paulosem vista não dá!. Deixei copo na pia sujo e nao fui lavado e nem trocado na limpeza diária. Outra coisa: da pra economizar com iluminação de led e ela ser agradável ( amarela).a iluminação do quarto eh branco hospital, mesmo tendo luminárias em diversos pontos do quarto. Esse é um aspecto que tira o conforto e agradabilidade do quarto. Luzes amarelas por favor!
