Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

Umas quatro últimas vezes que eu fui a Recife, sempre fico nesse hotel e o que eu notei dessa última vez, é que precisa de uma boa rep ginal nos quartos, por exemplo...As curtidas estão muito velhas, elas nem fecham blecaute, a porta da varanda enterra muito, se abre é ruim de fechar, pelo valor do hotel o custo que ele tem, tem que dar uma repaginada nessas acomodações

O hotel tem um boa localização e a equipe foi muito atenciosa com meu grupo familiar. o café da manhã é de boa qualidade.

Cons:

A construção do hotel tem alguns anos e precisa de reformas, o que ,inclusive , estava acontecendo durante minha estadia. Dá para melhorar os quartos, que são meio escuros e também os metais e pisos dos banheiros, que estão envelhecidos.

Acústica do apto. Existia uma porta cujo som captava tudo mesmo que o pusesse as mãos nos ouvidos. Por exemplo, captei as funcionárias se queixando da falta de material para limpeza e as conversas íntimas de um casal que se encontrava hospedado no espaço que separava a dita porta do meu apto.
