Beliggenheden var fin. Værelset behageligt. Udsigt fra morgenmadscafeen smuk

Cons:

Tæpper slidte og ikke helt rene. Ingen mulighed for at sidde i restauranten i løbet af dagen.
Hotellets transfertjeneste virkede ikke som ventet. Vi måtte vente i en uoverskuelig kø i 45 minutter ved ankomst.

Hello my friend this Hotel your book with Booking.com the time you’re coming Hotel they give you the worst room and the hotel I booked the room with the front view and the time I’m the in the hotel the ugliest dirtiest not working bathroom fan not working air condition and I got it anytime. I say something I need to see the Booking.com front page of the booking code right now this hotel only the biggest cheater I’ve been traveling for 25 years this the Hotel don’t waste your time and money is not worth it.

Cons:

Don’t book in this hotel this hotel sex and you book with through Booking.com you’re coming in the hotel the room supposed to be given to you. You don’t get it whatever dirty floaty room leftover you gave it to you but because you’re tired, you don’t have a time to cancel it you want to go sleep better don’t get it don’t book.

The hotel location was more than fabulous, near to many famous touristic places and surrounded by almost all means of transportation and also to the airport bus,
The view from the rooftop terrace was amazing. Bosphorus, Taksim Square, and even örtKoy mosque are seen up there

The hotel staff were very friendly and cooperative, especially ÇEM at the reception he did more than his job in order to make us feel comfortable and always trying to solve any problem
His assistant Parish was also kind and helpful
Even Nourgül the housekeeping woman was always smiling and obedient

Cons:

The breakfast was very basic and the same items every day and not as tasty as the typical Turkish breakfast

The hotel needs urgent renovation for almost all the facilities and the furniture and also the cautions and the carpets
