De Bedden waren te hard en de kamer te warm, het eten was prima en het personeel erg aardig

De badkamer/, douche zag er mooi uit maar voor 2 personen wel aan de krappe kant.
Location, great rooms, lovely breakfast. The possibility to rent bikes at a reasonable price at the hotel was also very good.

Locatie, restaurant en faciliteiten waren goed in orde. Prachtige natuur.
De manier waarop de receptioniste met de klacht over de warmte op de kamer omging was totaal niet begripvol. De opmerking dat we tot 5 uur wakker gelegen hebben van de hoge temperatuur in de kamer die niet gekoeld kon worden, werd simpelweg weggewuifd en afgedaan met dat het hotel een oud gebouw betreft en anderen er geen last van zouden hebben. Over vijf jaar na de verbouwing waren we welkom om de airco uit te proberen…

De omgeving is prachtig. De kamers zijn comfortabel. Heel fijn dat de wc apart is van de badkamer!
De scrambled eggs van het ontbijtbuffet vond ik matig.
Wat een heerlijke plek. Midden in de bossen bij Bilthoven. En het personeel was echt super vriendelijk! Volgende keer blijf ik ook dineren en neem ik het ontbijt.
Ruime opzet, omringd door groen, prettige kamer

De klantvriendelijkheid
De weg was afgesloten, (geen) juiste omleiding beschikbaar. ‘S nacht over 800 meter een uur gedaan. Horror!
Fantastisch gelegen en mooie kamers
Onderlinge communicatie van het personeel over de boeking was slecht en onprofessioneel. Lunch menu was redelijk maar had er in verhouding meer van verwacht dan dit basic niveau.
