Important information:

We accept pets with an additional cost of 280.00 pesos per pet per night.

Reservations for payment on arrival are subject to availability after 18:00 if the property is not notified.

The official check-out time is 11:00 AM. The property grants a grace period of 60 additional minutes (until 12:00 PM) at no cost.

From June 8 to 11, 2023 we will have a group of people with pet roosters at the Zar Queretaro hotel, we apologize in advance for any inconvenience they may cause, thank you very much for your understanding!!

Los empleados no cuidan al hotel de la

La ubicación

Cons:

Mal servicio del personal. No había toallas cuando entramos a la habitación. Nos dieron una habitación para gente con silla de ruedas y se salía el Agua de la zona del baño. Una camarera nos urgió a salir de la habitación porque iba a hacer el aseo y nos "amenazó" que ella ya no volvería si se iba al piso superior.

El personal es mega grosero, iniciando con los de recepción y las de la limpieza abrieron la puerta de mi habitación sin preguntar mientras yo estaba dentro de la habitación

Hotel cómodo, limpio, pero sin isonoración de sonido
Pros:

instalaciones muy bonitas, la cama comoda, la ducha bien, la tele bien, el precio bien.

Cons:

se escucha todo en la noche, la otra noche hasta se querían meter a nuestro cuarto solo se escuchaba como intentaban abrir la chapa, y también se escucha lo de las habitaciones de arriba.

Para empezar nos dieron llave de una habitación ocupada, las recepcionistas de mala cara y en internet decía desayuno gratis y nos dijeron que no tenía desayuno gratis, y en internet venía una tarifa y ellos nos querían cobrar más, tuvimos que hacer reservación x Booking y salía más económico

Excellent facility!
Pros:

Very clean, and they gave my dog (who is old and has trouble with stairs) a room on the first floor.

Cons:

Charged extra for my dog. I don't mind paying extra but it was not indicated when I booked the room on booking.com
