Diabolically disgusting.
Pros:

This property is an abomination. The ONLY thing that is good is the front desk staff-
disgustingly filthy. blood in the tub, and fluids on the wall. pubes in the towels and sheets.
elevator and pool broken, junkies harrassing you ohtside for cigarettes and money, not a thing was clean, a spit shine in the lobby and the breakfast area thats it. yhe google reviews we right- if i hadnt been utterly exhausted from driving and everything else being booked up, i’d have slept in my car. shockingly bad.

A comfortable rest stop on a road trip.
Pros:

24hr concierge for late check in, and a very comfortable sleep with 4 different firmness of pillows to choose from.

Cons:

The room was a little musty but not bad. The room was stocked with decaf coffee but it was easy enough to get regular coffee from the concierge.

We will not come back anymore.
Pros:

1. The room smells very bad and maybe because of the carpet 😭
2. Someone knocks in our room to check if we are still inside because the check-out is at 11 in the morning. She knocks around 8:07 in the morning. It’s not acceptable at all.
3. No ketchup for eggs.
4. The butter box in the breakfast area was so dirty.
5. Bed is so old.
6. Pillow needs to be replaced.
7. Carpet is dirty and sandy at the hallway esp for stairs. Too obvious that it never clean for a long long time.
