达不到四星的标准，以后不会选择了
Pros:

地理位置还可以，走到福冈站大约5-10分钟

Cons:

双床房改为三床房，非常拥挤。
地毯和角落很脏，感觉很久没打扫了。
一走进房间就感觉到有气味，可能是地毯灰尘太多了。
马桶时有返臭。

Pros:

部屋が小奇麗で、バス、トイレも清潔でした。朝のレストランでの食事にて、入口で席を案内してもらい対応がきちんとしていると感じました。

Cons:

初めて宿泊しましたが、予想以上でした。
