Overall the stay was good.The location & facilities were excellent.

2 incidents
Both during dinner and breakfast buffet I was bumped off my seat as I went to refill my plate.
I called room service twice and requested for drinking water and even after 30 mins they did not send any. Then I had to call reception and make the request. They sent the water immediately

Worst reciption on earth Suhail, never coming back.

Cons:

Suhail from the reception was extremely rude, unwelcoming, misbehaving and I even told him I did like to speak with the GM but he refused. Extremely disrespectful and terrible experience.

I won’t be coming to back to this hotel literally due to this behaviour of his.

Mr sandipan in restaurant extended due care. Paid due attantion n help.

Cons:

Wash room must contain support bar to prevent accident n support.
Also must have one stool for elderly persons for
to remain safe during taking bath.

Towels were given after 5 reminder calls that too not in good condition. Only 1 towels was given and response was they have gone for wash. Then why is booking taken. Slow service had to make min 3 reminder calls for each request
