Categories

Cleanliness
6
Multiple complaints about dirty carpets, damp/wet carpet smell on floors, hairs in bathroom and a not-clean pool indicate below-par cleanliness and upkeep.
Service
8.5
Staff repeatedly praised as efficient, friendly and helpful (Lounge bar, quick check-in, supportive staff), though a few front-desk/housekeeping lapses and training needs were reported.
Location
8.8
Frequently noted as a strong point — very central, convenient, close to hospital and great location in Koregaon Park.
Room Quality
6.2
Several maintenance issues cited (broken doors, AC failures, chipped flooring, uneven underlay, ageing furniture) although some guests found rooms spacious.
Amenities
6.8
Good lounge and breakfast facilities noted, but pool and gym cleanliness/maintenance issues were reported, lowering amenity scores.
Value for Money
6.8
Mixed signals — described as economical by some but others called value only 'passable' given food/maintenance problems.
Food and Beverage
7.5
Food gets generally positive mentions (restaurant Mosaic, strong breakfast), but there are isolated serious complaints (stale dinner buffet) so overall slightly above average.
Overall Experience
7
Overall stays were often described as good or excellent thanks to staff and location, but maintenance and cleanliness issues tempered the experience.

Hotel Maintainance and food quality
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Ageing of a property is natural but proper maintenance is essential. The condition of the carpets in corridor the entire floor outside the lifts, needs urgent attention. There is a damp smell, the carpets appear dirty and unhygienic and the underlay is uneven. The same issue is noticeable in the room furniture as well.

The overall upkeep of the property and the quality of food both need significant improvement.
