Pros:

i loved the food at the restaurant Mosaic. it was exceptionally good.

Cons:

the room needs a little maintenance. the flooring was chipped at some places , the washbasin was getting clogged.

Comfortable city stay

Pros:

A 4 out of 5 star Rating... Breakfast Spread is good.
Rooms are spacious but little old.
Mr Manan was kind enough to check us in 2 hrs earlier than the scheduled Check in Time.

The most horrible experience ever in a hotel
Pros:

First of all, the hotel did not give me the category of the room I booked. When I asked them they lied to me. The room was just filthy with shower not even operative properly. The hot water electric kettle was leaking and I just missed getting eletricuted. The moment I turned on the kettle there was huge spark and I just missed it. When I told the front desk they just said sorry and said that they would change the room next day. Switches were loose and out of their sockets. Corner lamp had broken and open wires. Had I put my foot on it I would have got a shock. Pillows smelled as if they were already used. I had to sleep on the sofa for one night. The next day they offered my a room on the 7th floor. I noticed that there was no bed sheet on the mattress. They had directly pulled a quilt to hide this. The restaurant offered peanuts which were served to somebody else. The restaurant denied this but when I showed them the proof of some peanuts crumb inside the bowl they had nothing to say. Instead they offered we chips which were damp and very chewy. When I yelled at them they started asking me if I wanted something else. Chicken sausages kept in the breakfast buffet smelled awful. To hide the smell the sausages were fried and onions tossed. But the stale smell remained. On the whole staying in Crowne Plaza Pune City by IHG was a nightmare. When the hotel changed my room I called the front desk telling them that I had left my medicine in my earlier room which was in the mini refrigerator. Just to get the medicine to me in my new room, I had to make 8 calls. Again they lied to me telling me that the housekeeping is on his way to give it to me. I waited and waited. I again made a call and they told me that the person is in the elevator coming up to my room. There was nobody for the next 30 minutes. Finally, I had to go to the reception and asked them several questions. They sent a staff with me to the room and I found the medcine still inside the refrigerator. Pathetic !

Cons:

Not a single thing. The property is just spoiling the brand name - Crowne Plaza !!

Very very bad experience.
Pros:

Nothing!!! It’s falling apart. I had to change my room because it wasn’t clean, the 2nd also airconditioner wasn’t cooling well.

Cons:

The front desk staff don’t know her name after requesting for a non smoking room she blankly denied they were on full occupancy, after I complaining about the room after 15 mins, I got a non smoking room, when confronted she wasn’t replying, I will have to think twice before booking for CROWNE plaza in future

Good breakfast, but the room condition and unfulfilled booking offer made the stay disappointing.

The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Cons:

The room was quite small. Most of the wooden furniture was worn out, damaged, and not properly maintained. The carpet was unclean and had an unpleasant smell. Additionally, an offer that was displayed during the booking process was not honored by the hotel.

Good location but not a good value for money
Pros:

The location and the room were nice. Breakfast spread was excellent with good service.

Cons:

Pool wasn't operational, the TV remote didn't work. The room and corridors smelled foul.

Not a place to visit if you expect good service and hygienic, clean room
Pros:

The property is scntrally located and that's the only plus.

Cons:

The facility itself is crumbling. The carpets smell. The staff is not supportive (most of front office staff is junior and don't know how to interact with guests).
The room i was allotted was reeking with cigarette and alcohol smell (i had asked for a non-smoking room). It took me 40 minutes to talk to reception and get the room changed (the staff stopped taking my calls after first two calls).
