We got charged for early check even though it was ready. Walls dirty, bathroom towel had dirty hand print on it. No breakfast.
We could not stay. Toilet had someone else pubic hairs on toilet seat and bugs in bathtub. Man at front desk was very nice and allowed us to cancel

The cleanness of the room,it was dust,dirty,unvacuumed and i found a condom wrapper and crack pipe on the floor of the bed

Room was dirty, cigarette burns in the sheets, door was brocken , lock was snapped in half, tv did not work. Beds were sacked out. It smelt, shower head sprayed water everywhere . Parking lot smelt like pee and had garbage everywhere. Lots of people walking around did not feel safe

The bed is not bad

The whole building had an awful smell. Our room was disgusting. It smelled gross! There were stains on the bed sheets, including one that looked like blood. The mattress was sunken in, obviously very old. There were stains on the curtains. The carpet was torn with a mess of torn out strings and hadn’t been vacuumed. The bathroom was dirty, hadn’t been cleaned. There was some sort of dark dander on the toilet seat and floor. The lights in the room didn’t work, one lamp didn’t have a bulb or shade. There was some sort of alarm going off in a maintenance room next to us that no one was attending to. After we realizing what the hotel was like we decided to leave. Spoke with the lobby staff and told them why and that we wanted a refund. They couldn’t give us a refund because we booked through Booking.com.
I told them that the room looked NOTHING like what was shown on the booking site. Which is FALSE ADVERTISING!!
I honestly can’t believe that place was in that bad a shape. Looked like something you would see with an hourly rate advertised. To think that it’s a “Super 8 Wyndham blows me away. Also, that super 8 is ok with employing people to work in such dismal conditions is really sad.
Never again will I use Booking.com and never again will I stay at a Super 8 ANYWHERE! I will be telling everyone I know about my experience and will recommend they never stay at a super 8.
Also, there was no way to contact the hotel staff prior to booking, I would be forced to use a call centre to speak with someone who knows nothing about the hotel to book over the phone if I wanted to.
Please make this right and issue a refund.
When we got here l could not get the TV to come on as well as the microwave had no button to open door, so they changed us room. We had to exchange some stained towels for new ones as well

Services, cleanliness, smell in the hotel in general. Very poor room standards.
All furniture is worn out and the bed has a big stain on it.
The customers service is terrible. No one will assist you when there is a problem. Big blood stained in the bed sheet and compromised your health due to stress, and we ended up leaving on the same day we checked in. And yet, they billed your card despite of you leaving the premises the same day you checked in.
Terrible customer service, and they will hung up on you if you call the front desk!

DO NOT STAY HERE
The hotel room was anything but clean, the beds stunk, the sheets were not clean. The shower head was taped up with electrical tape to stop leaking. But the showerhead still leaked, and now there is a big hole and a bunch of mold in the bathroom. there was a big hole in the door, you could see right into the hallway, the latch on the door was broken and did notlock. There was hair everywhere in the room that did not belong to us. Everything was sticky, you walked in the room and there was a disgusting stench.
And to be paying $150 a night, it is not worth it. I have stayed in many super 8’s with work before and never has my experience been so terrible.
