Pros:

Good staff asked for better Wi-Fi connection and they fixed it the next morning

Cons:

A lot of dust, no television connection, poor shower getting hot and cold in 2 seconds with a bad stream.

Regreso a Den Haag pero buscaría otra opción de hospedaje
Pros:

Su ubicación en el barrio Chino y lo cerca a todo el centro de Den Haag. El personal muy amable, cariños y nos dieron una cálida bienvenida.

Cons:

1.- El aire acondicionado no funcionaba
2.- El inconveniente con la red wifi
3.- El televisor tenía una imagen en blanco y negro.

Creo que deben revisar estas críticas constructivas para mejorar como hotel

Hôtel délabré dans une rue bruyante, à fuir !

Nous avons payé 270€ pour deux nuits dans cet hôtel 3 étoiles qui n'en vaut pas une seule : les draps, murs, et plafonds étaient tachés. Le mobilier est fortement dégradé et les équipements (climatisation, douche, robinet...) étaient cassés, au point que les prises électriques étaient raccommodées avec du scotch. Nous avions une chambre au premier étage dans laquelle il faisait très chaud, faute de ventilation fonctionnelle. Notre rideau était lui aussi cassé, donc impossible de s'isoler des lumières de la rue. Booking refuse de faire un geste commercial tant que l'établissement ne leur a pas répondu, on se demande quelle est l'utilité de passer par une plateforme ! Nos amis étaient dans l'hôtel Tribe non loin et ont été tout à fait satisfaits de leur séjour, pour un prix inférieur au nôtre.

The hotel is located at the center of The Hague and is easily accessible.

Cons:

It was exceptionally dirty. We arrived at 1 a.m. to spend the night there. When we entered the room, we noticed that the bedsheets had clearly not been changed — there were hairs and dirt left by previous guests — and the floor had not been vacuumed either.
Since we were extremely tired and didn’t think the issue would be resolved easily at that hour, we ended up sleeping on top of the bed with our clothes on.
Although it was one of the cheapest options available in the area (€146), and we only intended to stay for a few hours, I still believe we should have been treated with more respect. Changing the bedsheets is the absolute minimum I would expect, no matter how budget-friendly a hotel is.
Unless you are a student planning to spend your entire stay drunk, avoid this place at all costs.

Het kon beter
Pros:

Het personeel was super vriendelijk. Bij problemen deden ze er alles aan om het op te lossen.

Cons:

Beddengoed was vuil. Werd wel meteen vervangen toen we dit melden. Over het algemeen niet zo proper. De 4 persoonskamers waren niet volwaardig voor 4 volwassen personen. Ze waren opnieuw heel bereidwillig om ons te helpen voor een oplossing. De lift blokkeerde 10 minuten lang terwijl iemand van onze groep er in vast zat.
