De locatie en het onthaal op de 1ste plaats.
Netheid was zeker ook in orde.

Cons:

Ik ben het niet gewoon om in een kamer te verblijven zonder ramen, dus was het voor mij een beetje minder, maar dat is volledig persoonlijk.

Cons:

Nice location easy in the china town maybe 7 minutes away from town. The room itself was very dirty, we found used condom packages under the bed , with a Christmas card ( we visited in June). All in all it was very dirty , they didn’t seem to clean it at all until we arrived .Also in the toilet there was left over 💩. The only good thing was the location. The staff were nice it wasn’t their fault, but we weren’t happy with the room unfortunately.

Fantastische locatie, midden in centrum

Het bleek dat er iemand anders op onze kamer was toen wij de deur open deden. Daarna moeten wachten op een nieuwe kamer...

schlechteste Hotel, das ich je Besucht habe
Pros:

Hotel liegt direkt am Chinatown. Daher gute Lage.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war ohne Fenster mit stickiger Luft. Essen war noch im Kühlschrank. Das Wasser vom Waschbecken lief nicht ab. Das Zimmer hatte Teppichboden. Insgesamt keine moderne Zimmer im Preis-Leistungsverhältniss.
Eine Stornierung war nicht möglich nur gegen eine Stornierungsgebühr von zusätzlich 180 Euro.

Regreso a Den Haag pero buscaría otra opción de hospedaje
Pros:

Su ubicación en el barrio Chino y lo cerca a todo el centro de Den Haag. El personal muy amable, cariños y nos dieron una cálida bienvenida.

Cons:

1.- El aire acondicionado no funcionaba
2.- El inconveniente con la red wifi
3.- El televisor tenía una imagen en blanco y negro.

Creo que deben revisar estas críticas constructivas para mejorar como hotel

Good staff asked for better Wi-Fi connection and they fixed it the next morning

A lot of dust, no television connection, poor shower getting hot and cold in 2 seconds with a bad stream.
