The aircondationer was nos cold, it was a period of heatwave in europe and in the room was very warm that we had to sleep with open balcony.

Pros:

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel for 12 nights, and while there were some high points, our overall experience was impacted by persistent maintenance issues.

On the positive side, the location is absolutely perfect. Being in the heart of the city meant we had seamless access to all transportation and shops, which made our trip incredibly convenient.

​ I want to give a special shout-out to the staff. Their hospitality was truly memorable—they went out of their way to make us feel welcome, even offering my kids free Fanta, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture that really stood out to us.

Cons:

For the duration of our entire stay, the AC unit was dripping water. Despite reporting this issue, it was never addressed or repaired. To make matters worse, the temperature control failed entirely for our last two nights, leaving our room uncomfortably hot and making it very difficult for us to sleep.

​I truly hope management addresses these maintenance concerns, as the high level of service from the staff deserves to be matched by a properly maintained facility.

Very good value getaway in this beautiful city. warmly recommended
Pros:

Location is very nice, smack in the center, walking distance from the main shopping area and several nice restaurants. the room had no windows, suits me just fine as i like a dark bedroom, good working airconditioner is a must nowadays too.
Brilliant was the deal they have with the closest Qpark garage.. when pre-booked this is a smoking deal compared to other garages.

there is no breakfast.

Goede ligging , centrum , vlak bij de tram om overal heen te gaan . Kamer was groot en schoon . Vriendelijk personeel.en geen lawaai in het hotel dus alles top

Pros:

De jongen aan de balie was super aardig en dacht in oplossingen. Jammer dat dat niet voldoende was vanwege de staat van het hotel.

Cons:

Hoe smerig alles was en outdated. Gratis zou ik hier niet eens heen willen. Echt een smerige boel. Vanaf het moment dat ik binnen kwam lopen dacht ik slechte boel. Vlekken overal! Op de muren, het bed, het plafond. Schimmel in t koelkastje. Heb nog zoveel meer foto’s.
