Prima voor een kort verblijf voor een redelijke prijs.
Pros:

Ligging vlak bij het strand, de cliff-liften de oude stad. Op loopafstand verschillende mogelijkheden om te eten.

Cons:

Sterk verouderd, slechte deur en slot, tapijt niet fris.

Excellent location with comfortable rooms, with ample parking, but rooms are outdated.
Pros:

The location is amazing right next to the lift for the beach that had plenty of places to eat on the beach front, good parking and wifi.

Cons:

Breakfast tasted ok, but the service was not as good. It felt like they were under staffed as it was disorganised. WE did not receive any toast with the cooked breakfast. Also the room smelt a bit damp from the bathroom. Decor could probably do with a bit of updating and the fans were dirty.

Comfortable and welcoming.
Pros:

We enjoyed our overnight stay at this hotel. Staff were very efficient and helpful. Lovely views of the sea from the room balcony and cliff path running past the hotel.
A reasonable price for a stay in July.

Tolle Lage. Fußweg (mit Treppen) zum Strand direkt vor dem Hotel. Bahnhof ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

The facilities in the rooms can be improved - maybe a small fridge for us to keep our perishable food and drinks

Service with a smile
Pros:

Amazing staff: Laura. Always obliging and friendly.

Hotel next to the lift to the beach.

Bed very comfortable and clean bedding.

Cons:

Room a tad outdated.

Bathroom very small and awkward abs a strange shape to enter into.

Shower door very stiff and bit old but shower was good.

TV not able to cater for Netflix, only basic channels.

I made the mistake of trying to put something on top of wardrobe...dust clouds when I pulled it back off! The rest of the room was clean though.

Pros:

Emplacement très pratique, petit-déjeuner face au soleil levant sur la mer. On entend les musiques des hôtels voisins mais ça ne m'a pas gênée, c'est l'ambiance d'une station balnéraire, et tout s'arrête à 22h. J'y retournerai sans hésiter.

First trip to Isle of Wight!
Pros:

The location had amazing views! All the staff were lovely and friendly and their hospitality was exceptional. Rooms were comfortable and provided comfort and just what we needed during our stay. This is somewhere I would highly recommend as your close to the old village and many routes to get accross the island. There is alot to do and it is a place I would come back too time and time again.

Cons:

One room was just a bit hot as it caught the afternoon sun but other than that, there's nothing I can fault.

Good value for money, clean, excellent breakfast.
Pros:

It was very quite and peaceful, breakfast was really good, there were regular vegetarian and vegan options, and it was served right after tou take a seat. The location was good, right next to the beach (although it’s a bit up on a hill). The property was clean and people were fantastic. Would recommend.
