A great place to stay in a brilliant location. Bedrooms are lovely
Pros:

Great location and room was brilliant. Sea view room bed fully facing the sea.

Cons:

Restaurants within the hotel weren’t that great quality and not good value for money. Property decor outside of the bedrooms is dated

Excellent location and great breakfast
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Beautiful room with good facilities. Staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent.
Location was perfect for us, visiting the Night Market and short walking route to the Clock Tower and Chinese area, as well as the pier.
Would highly recommend and would return if we came back to KK.

Excellent - will stay there again!
Pros:

Friendly and efficient staff - made check-in and check-out a breeze. Request for quiet room was accommodated. Room service was quick and delicious - both breakfast and dinner (dinner portions were huge- beware!). Clean room. Very comfortable bed. Very spacious and well appointed room. Exceptional view from top floor. Laundry service a bit expensive but efficient and highly convenient. Prime location close to Gaya Street night market and convenient shopping (convenience store, pharmacy, Borneo made souvenirs, clock tower, etc.)

Cons:

I did not try the free breakfast but other guests complained food was cold.

Pros:

Service staffs performance was really good. They are very helpful and very nice. Housekeeping team did their job really good. I had a very pleasant stay at Horizon Hotel.

Did the job
Pros:

Good location. Buffet breakfast was great, and the rooms were nice and large.

Cons:

Bathroom could have been cleaner, we found shorts from a previous guest in a drawer, and a few of the corners were mouldy. Staff in the restaurant need better training, and acted like school teenagers together. Pool glass needs regular cleaning too.

My entire stay here was good except for the in house tv.. since our 3 days stay there is not working that is a no no for me. Service and location is excellent
