My grandson said he wants to go back.

Hôtel moderne et propre, les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits confortables. Réseau WIFI de bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner est complet et de qualité avec un personnel agréable.

Cons:

Malheureusement le 2e ascenseur étant en panne, il y’avait de longs temps d’attente avant de pouvoir l’emprunter. L’établissement possède une piscine mais pour y accéder, il faut se déplacer dans les couloirs directement en maillot de bain. Des peignoirs auraient été la bienvenue.

最满意是香港前台服务员，服务意识强，专业度好。

Cons:

1.入住时酒店主管同意先信用卡预授权全部房费和杂费，退房时可以使用现金。但18天入住结束不允许现金结算，导致我支付visa近53美金信用卡消费手续费。我在任何地方没有看到不允许使用现金支付的规定，我对万豪品牌这种欺诈非常遗憾。
2.打扫房间不是每天都给完整清洁，经常遗漏抽纸和咖啡。

There's great to be had, but some situations would make your stay feel irksome.
Pros:

The rooms were mostly spotless - we did have towels placed near our jet tub with another person's hair wrapped within but they replaced them pretty fast. The jet tub worked exactly as it should, didn't need assistance working it. My spouse was iffy on the beds, but I found them very comfortable: I had a great rest.

The bartender they had on the night of May 8th was amazing, can mix a cocktail like no other just using his gut feeling by describing the taste you wish to have; we wish him all the best, he helped make our weekend most enjoyable.
Dining at the restaurant around (free breakfast) is pleasant.

The younger kids liked the access to the pool and hot tub - the older felt it was way too overcrowded; I admit my spouse and I stayed in our jet tub.

Location is prime. We had stayed to go to Dave and Busters, but Lego City, Wonderland, malls, even a Walmart was right next door proved useful. The view can sometimes suck, ours was obstructed by other skyscrapers close by, but the kids room could see Wonderland lit up. Plenty of places to eat near by too that are just amazing, wish we could have stayed longer to try more out.

We do have photo's but I don't have time to post them right now.

Cons:

The keys to the hotel rooms don't always work, they understand the system needs replacing, I will say staff tried very hard to ensure we had working keys even if it took too many attempts to get it right. I can let it slide one elevator was out of order, things happen but it did make it messy getting from 1st to 7th floor, because yes there are stairs, you can't take a luggage dolly up stairs, and with many people between 1-6 floors, it was annoying trying to get in and out of our rooms; I feel others would be more upset than we were.

The Wifi is painfully slow unless you pay extra to speed it up; I feel that's an unnecessary gouge.

Breakfast was in my opinion is low standards. Sausage tasted more like pet food, heated food was barely warm, we had went down an hour after it started and apparently our kids went an hour before and had a better experience; but the next day they followed the same concept only to lose their appetite and barely eat anything.

Very nice place to stay, amazing team working here!
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing! great selection of food, fresh and well presented. The thing that separated my stay here over ANY other hotel stay was the staff, and how nice, friendly and genuine everyone was! From the front desk staff to the serving staff at breakfast to the staff cleaning rooms, everyone was so nice and friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be working at the springhill suites. Very nice room, very clean and nicely laid out.
