Staff are friendly
The room is having a bad odor like under arm smell.
Muy lindo lugar y buen trato
I did not stay at the property. I called to confirm if there was a reservation in my name following receiving an email with checkin instructions and I was told there wasn’t and we thought the email was spam. Then I received a charge for a stay I didn’t have. There was no confirmation number in the email received and I rarely Use booking.com for hotels so I’m didn’t realize I had a booking. All that to say when I called to confirm if I had a reservation that staff told me no so I didn’t worry about it. Turns out there was one, and I was charged. I tried to reach the manager several times after talking to other staff but he was never available. Would not recommend!

Nous étions 6 et le canapé lit n’était pas fait à notre arrivée. Seuls les 2 lits principaux étaient faits. Le canapé lit forme 2 lits et non pas un lit double et était peu confortable pour la personne qui devait dormir sur les coussins du canapé.
Il a fallu demander 1 ensemble de lit y compris oreiller supplémentaire à l’accueil, ils n’étaient pas dans la chambre et 2 serviettes de toilettes pour les mêmes raisons.
Le parking est payant ce qui est bof + on doit signer une décharge en cas d’acte de malveillance sur le véhicule.

Clean rooms and building overall, comfortable king bed, great swimming/wading pool, front desk staff were friendly.
Nothing really it’s a great place to stay, more elevators as they were always in use and constantly going up when we were trying to go down, free parking instead of having to pay extra for it.

The bathroom door was broken the blankets were dirty the room didn't have enough towel for everyone to shower
