Important information:

The Bernadette suite is wheelchair friendly and on ground level, it is not fully disabled friendly but we are working towards this.
Due to the nature of the building, we ask those with limited ability or who struggle to climb stairs to contact us so we can ensure we allocate you to a room that is suited to your needs.
As per the property's policy, we will charge all bookings 48 hrs prior to your check in, using the card details we have been provided (unless payment was during the booking process.).
We have the right to cancel any booking if we are unable to recover funds for your booking during this 48hr window.

Guest check in is between 15:00-22:00, however, reception is only staffed until 18:00. We ask guests to inform us of any check ins after 18:00.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Cons:

If I’m honest it was ok , just thought it was a little expensive with no breakfast, only manned 09.00 to 17.00. Stairs were a nightmare to the top floor with bags and narrow staircases.

Pros:

The Hotel was on the seafront at Deal. The receptionist was helpful on arrival. The room was clean, and the appliances in room were great. Coffee/Tea making facilities, Microwave, Crockery and Cutlery, Iron and Ironing board. All made for a comfortable stay.

Cons:

Yes the room was clean, but there was a couple of spots in the room that could do with a touch up.

Cons:

Room 5 is actually small repurposed storage/ service space. There was no space to walk in the room, the bathroom was large and bigger than the room. The sliding door to bathroom was obstructed with the tv. One twin bed looked straight into wc. Disappointing space.

We had a fab 2 days stay in our delightfully aircon'ed room

Lovely room, great location and the staff were all so helpful and lovely.

Cons:

My only gripe would be that the single beds weren't zipped together. Parking is a pain but it's the councils fault as they control the local parking.
