It needs a really good tidy up especially the reception area.
There was too many people chinning fags right outside main entrance and I had to ask people to move to walk my kids through their plumes of smoke ( I’m not sure if you have other outside space for a smoking area?)
Some woman nearly took out our 4 year old with the door at the bottom of the stairs as we were entering our room due to our room being positioned next to a door that opens out.
Breakfast does not start until 9 (this is just personal preference but we are all up having breakfast way before then)

Great location in town and close to train station.
The staff are friendly.
There's no lift, so you must be able to do stairs. Im ok with that.
The pillows were very hard, so I didn't sleep very well.
My room was a bit cold as the weather wasn't warm
Couldn't turn the radiator on.
No hairdryer.
A few details the housekeeping had missed. Mirror not polished, little coffee table dusty + gritty. Some skirting dusty.
The room had a stale sweat smell on entering. I had to open the window for fresh air.
