Nice place to stay
The room and staff were very good and location is excellent so that was fine the shower was great it just wasn't fun to carry suitcases up 5 floors for old people
The fact there is no lift nobody cleaned the room and no hairdryer that it says they have and not told it's in reception also I had accident so had to leave a day early but they didn't offer any rebate and the £12 a night for each dog i didn't have back which was paid separately
Great location in town centre and just a 3 minute walk from the railway station. A superb room which was large, clean and comfortable.
Entrance pretty inviting and a lot of stairs to reach my second floor room.

The view from the hotel was ok overlooking the Welsh mountains
The room was tidy but there was no heating at all in the room .there was one one radiator which was turned off at all times and when we asked at reception we was told it was on a timer but it still never come on at all and the room was cold at all times .there was insufficient tea making facilities ie tea bags.
Apart from that the was worth what we paid.

My room was a good few flights up with no lift. The public area and parts of the room grubby. The mattress felt old and lumpy. Very loud plumbing when loo flushed.

It was way too cold in the room. Could not change the temperature. Discussed with the man at check in to elongate the stay for a night. He said no worries we will do it the next morning. Next morning there was a lady that told me the would need a minimum stay of two nights…
