ok stay for a weekend but not recomended if you are movement impaired.
Pros:

location was great ,shops and station was a few mins walk.

Cons:

4 flights of stairs to the room was a killer. the room maintenance could be better.

Wouldn’t rush back to stay there again.

Cons:

Too many stairs and no lift. 5 days of having to climb 4 flights of stairs to the top floor each and every time you wanted to go out was too much. Had to go down and ask for towels that had been taken in the morning and not replaced. Had to ask for a fan as there was no air in the room. Window didn’t open much. Shower temperature was temperamental most of the time along with the water pressure at different times of the day.

Not worth along with Kids and with elderly parents, Could you good place for young
Pros:

Location was good, 2-5 mins walk to beach. Couple of food/coffee joints around. Pondland just a min walk away.

Cons:

I had booked 3 family rooms for 3 families,
1. Two Rooms were having very high chemical smell and mould around the roof and above bed. THey changes 1 room and pics i shared is for upgraded room, so one can imagine how the orignal room could be.
2. Cattle in one of the room was literally rusted and seems rusted elements were there, had to request twice to change cattle.
3. Main entrace is from a bar, mean bit of alcohol and was not giving safe vibe for kids to stand alone.
4. All rooms were on different floors, so lot of discomfort for kids as it was not easy for them to connect.
5. Rooms were on respective 2nd, 3rd & 4th floor, without lift its pain to carry buggies, luggage trolleys.

Friendly and clean.
Pros:

Very friendly. We were upgraded to the Superior room due to a slight mix up that was easily resolved.
Clean room, comfy beds no problems at all.

Cons:

We were at the top floor so lots of steps but otherwise it was great.

Great Location, Basic and essential Hotel
Pros:

Very good hotel. Basic will all essential.
Bed was comfortable, toilet clean and all working fine.
Very good position. Althought was in a very central area, no noize was disrupting my sleep.

Lock on door didn’t work properly. Needed help locking it and wasn’t confident I would be able to do it myself. Handle falls off. Room 10.

Old, tired building, noisy environment, busy pop downstairs, booked with name and found the actual name of the hotel is different, very dusty, bad beds, couldn’t sleep all night
