Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang und Checkout, relativ geräumiges Bad, kleine Einbauküche, ruhige Lage (zumindest, wenn die Baustelle gegenüber mal weg sein wird), zur Straßenbahn sind es nur wenige Minuten, U-Bahn auch noch in annehmbarer Entfernung (gut 10 Minuten)

Cons:

Betten waren für unseren Geschmack ziemlich hart, bei fünf Nächten würde ich schon erwarten, dass die Handtücher zumindest einmal gewechselt werden, Frühstück solala, reichlich und mit 12 Euro verhältnismäßig günstig, ich vermisste aber ein dunkles Brot oder Vollkornbrot und v.a. Rühr- oder Spiegelei, was für mich einfach zu einem guten Frühstück gehört

Pros:

A acooadação é perfeita para estadia em família e a localização, fora do eixo turístico, é uma atração à parte, uma vez q o entorno é muito bem servido de estacionamentos, mercados e restaurantes.

Cons:

A falta de um procedimento de contingência para que a abertura da porta seja liberada caso o hóspede tenha problema no deslocamento e não consiga comunicar que chegará fora do horário.

Gepflegtes, kleines Hotel in Stadtrand- lage - Öffis sehr gut erreichbar

-Das Zimmer in der 4. Etage war sehr gepflegt, modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, wenn man keine großen Ansprüche stellt. Wir waren auf Familienbesuch und daher nur zum Schlafen dort.

Pros:

Easy check-in and very handy to have a code to unlock the doors, especially when travelling in a group.
Comfortable beds
Nice Klimt decoration in the hotel
The hotel is very calm

Cons:

A lot of things were broken/not working and the only answer of the staff was "we can't do anything. It's just broken" it felt a bit unprofessional.
Lamps not working, doorknob of the bathroom broken.
The shower drain was blocked and the bathroom flooded during every shower. (Again, the staff said it couldn't be fixed)
Not sure the carpet of the room floor was very clean because the whole group had some throat and eyes irritations. Lots of stains.
There was a construction going in front of the hotel on during our stay and the windows are not that well soundproofed (but easy dealt with earplugs)
The equipments of the mini kitchen are very very basic but it's possible to do simple meals.
Internet connection was not the best but manageable

Pros:

Die Bequemlichkeit der Betten war außergewöhnlich gut. Das Frühstück war Vielfältig, obwohl es auf den Bildern etwas mager aussah.

Cons:

Das der Fernseher einige Tage nicht funktionierte trotz Information an der Rezeption. Das außerdem Aufgrund der gegenüberliegenden Baustelle morgens lärm war trotz geschlossener Fenster(Kaum Schallisolierung).
