A stay to remember
Pros:

Excellent room 302 with terrace and great sea view, the beach is just opposite. Breakfast is delicious and served until 11.30 am, the service is impeccable and friendly, staff going the extra mile to make guests happy! A big thank you to all, Antonella, Michela, Giuseppe, Daniela, Mariangela, the night receptionist who we don’t know the name unfortunately and the cleaning team, highly recommended

Posto elegante. Accoglienza di classe: cortesia e disponibilità e un servizio attento per soddisfare le diverse esigenze.
Il Castellino Relais vanta una piscina all'aperto, con una vasca idromassaggio.La struttura dispone anche di un parcheggio gratuito e di un servizio di noleggio biciclette.
Colazione gustosa con buffet abbondante e una selezione vasta sia per gli amanti del dolce che per chi preferisce una colazione salata.

Tolles Frühstück, herzliches Personal, kostenlose Fahrrad verlei

Die ältere Dame war super freundliche und konnte nebst Italienisch und Englisch auch deutsch, was mich sehr beeindruckt hatte, an einem Tag hat es geregnet und wir durften Schirme ausleihen, war auch sehr genial, wir konnten kostenlos Fahrräder mieten und konnten so die Stadt etwas unsicher machen.
Vor allem möchte ich das Frühstück hervorheben, das war sowas von lecker, frischer Kaffee von einem Barista und frisch gepresster Orangensaft, verschieden Käsesorten und viele andere leckere Sachen. Der Strand war auch keine 2 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Einfach Super!

Cons:

Die jüngere Dame hatte uns Willkommen geheissen, waren mit dem Zimmer anfangs nicht zufrieden, dass sie ausserhalb das Hauptgebäude waren, man hörte jede Person, Fahrrad, Auto die zur Rezeption musste.
Als ich nach einer alternative fragte, schaute sie kurz ins PC (2 Sek) und meinte, es gebe nichts frei.
Später rief sie uns an für ein anderes Zimmer im 4. Stock, dieser hat einem kleinen Fenster, aber da war uns unserer lieber was viel heller uns grösser war.

The location and hotel were good; unfortunately, the weather limited our enjoyment of the area.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good and the breakfast room was lovely and had a great view. Service was excellent. The beach as well as the walking-distance seaside restaurants were closed due to the high winds blowing off the ocean. We also were unable to enjoy the hotel pool because of the weather. The room with balcony was comfortable and the view was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking on the premises was very convenient.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good. The view from our room was spectacular even though we had terrible weather and the balcony was a good size. It was a bit too far for us to walk into town with the weather as it was but easy enough to park near town at the time we were there. Free too once we figured out paid parking finished on 30 September for the season. The beach was nothing special but the town well worth a visit.
