Det var desværre svært at finde noget positivt ved vores ophold. Vi var virkelig skuffede. Vi bookede hotellet på vej til Italien og valgte det ud fra de gode anmeldelser, men oplevelsen levede slet ikke op til forventningerne.

Vi fik ikke det værelse, vi havde booket og betalt ekstra for. Da vi henvendte os i receptionen, var der ingen hjælp at hente – vi fik blot at vide, at det var ærgerligt. Det værelse, vi endte med, var i så dårlig stand, at altandøren var ved at falde ned i hovedet på vores barn. Gardinerne var revet i stykker, og bruseren fungerede ikke. Vi betalte en markant overpris for noget, der slet ikke svarede til det lovede, og vi fik ikke den ekstra service, vi havde betalt for.

Vi havde bestilt et 4-personers værelse opdelt i to rum, men fik i stedet et lille 2-personers værelse med en ekstra sovesofa. Sovesofaen var elendig at ligge i, og kombinationen af den dårlige stand og den deciderede fare ved altandøren gjorde opholdet utrygt for vores barn.

Det eneste positive var udsigten.

Vi forsøgte at løse problemerne på stedet, men der var intet at gøre. Vi kommer ikke igen – og vi er ellers normalt ikke kritiske.

Vse naprosto skvele. Dokoupeni 3chosove vecere za 29 eur byla jen tresnicka na dortu. Skvely personal, bezva bazen, pohodlne matrace. Pani Gabriela z restaurace - klobouk dolu, jak vse ridila a vse odsejpalo.

Cuscini rigidissimi, lenzuola "di sotto" non ben messe... Ho chiesto se potevo parcheggiare in un punto a fianco di altra auto fronte spa, ricevuto il consenso, il mattino dopo ho trovato 4 contenitori grandi per lo smaltimento della carta che mi impedivano di aprire le porte lato guidatore della mia auto...

Rigenerante e rilassante
Pros:

Luogo rigenerante, insieme a tutto il contesto montano che circonda la struttura. Ambiente pulitissimo, staff disponibile e prezzi per i servizi proposti più che concorrenziali.
Ps. Per gli ospiti che soggiornano con bimbi piccoli consiglio di portare il necessario a livello farmaceutico in via precauzionale perché la farmacia più vicina dista circa 30 minuti e parecchi tornanti.

Cons:

Cibo che rispetto ad altri 4 stelle non può definirsi di ottima qualità, ma quantomeno può vantarsi di avere dei prezzi davvero vantaggiosi attinenti alla proposta.
Altra, ed ultima, pecca è la posizione della camera 102 che ne regala zero privacy, in quanto sita davanti ad un piccolo parco giochi, e costeggiata dalla passerella che appunto porta al parco giochi. Nonostante nella zona notte si può ovviare utilizzando le tende coprenti, così non è per il bagno della camera, privo delle medesime tende oscuranti, che dando sulla passerella prima menzionata permette con non molta difficoltà, data l'imponente finestra, a chiunque la oltrepassi di vedere dentro, in quanto la tenda che attualmente c'è non è oscurante.

A comfortable stay in the mountains

The pool was nice and the staff was very friendly. It was also great that they had both indoor and outdoor play options for kids of all ages!

Cons:

The dinner was very hectic and not so flavorful… it seems most of the staff was very young and in training, and they were just yelling / not acting so professional. The room was also quite warm (no ac or fan). Also many aspects were in need of maintenance…
