Pros:

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The property was clean inside and out. The building was older, but seemed well cared for. There was no lack of hot water and the breakfast was decent.

Cons:

The sound proofing was awful. The family with two kids running up and down the hallway throughout the night sounded like they were right there in the room. Beyond the original price agreed upon, which already had some taxes, there were two additional taxes that were tacked on when I checked out. I expected that when the booking.com site said that the listed price included taxes, then that would be the final price.

Ok stay for a one night when in transit
Pros:

Convenient to the ring road. Good breakfast. Clean. Free parking. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Our room was right next to the busy Tiburtina roadway - very loud. We learned that we had to go to the front desk to request that the staff turn on the climate control in our room. Seems like they should turn it on when you check in.

Cons:

Non lo reputerei un hotel 4 stelle.. l’aria condizionata non puoi gestirla tu,te la controllano dall’esterno.
La stanza è la struttura erano pulite ma ho trovato una tovaglia da bagno macchiata di rossetto.
Il frigorifero non funzionava.
Il personale in generale molto gentile a parte una cameriera(forse la direttrice della sala della colazione) a cui mio fratello ha chiesto se ci fossero cornetti senza lattosio, e la cui sua risposta è stata negativa, e dopo aver chiesto ad un cameriere se nella torta alle carote ci fosse il latte è venuta lei dicendo:MA PEECHE HAI DETTO CHE NON C’È NIENTE SENZA LATTOSIO? quando avevo solo chiesto cosa ci fosse nella torta! La sua risposta è stata assolutamente inopportuna e non professionale e da attacco e polemica!

Pros:

A nice breakfast buffet

Cons:

Noisy from the corridor and double bed was two singles pushed together - with a pretty big gap in between that wouldn't close!

Le luxe à l'italienne. Raffinement suprême. Marbre partout. Tableaux d'illustres ancêtres italiens. Écran tv géant, une petite terrasse avec sièges et petite table. Salle du petit dejeuné splendide avec son mur de pierres apparentés .buffet fourni, sale, sucré, fruité, il fallait demander aux serveurs le café, chocolat

Cons:

Le bruit de talon 👠 a 5h du matin un dimanche. La circulation. Routes toute proches. ⁸volets fermés c'est assez insonorisé
