La posizione

Cons:

L'organizzazione... purtroppo pur avendo il check-in alle 17 molte camere non erano pronte considerando che il check out è alle 10.,inoltre le camere non tutte avevano ne carta igienica ed in altre con c'erano gli asciugamani,credo che la nuova gestione deve farsi, purtroppo alle spese dei clienti un vero peccato.

Personale straordinario, in particolar modo vorrei ringraziare Giulia della reception per la sua estrema disponibilità e gentilezza…davvero di un altro livello dal punto di vista dell’accoglienza.

Cons:

Camera rumorosa vicino all' ascensore.
A differenza dell' anno scorso il cibo era più sulla quantità che sulla qualità.
Abbiamo notato tale differenza.
Ci è stata data una camera , sempre piccola e anche senza balcone, ho chiesto la possibilità di cambiare mi è stato risposto di no.
Il personale di sala è stato sempre gentile.

Skvělá lokalita, zrekonstruovaný nábytek pokoje, super jídlo.

Cons:

V průběhu ubytování byl hotel plný teenagerů, kteří rušili klid až do ranních hodin boucháním do dveří, křikem a lítáním po chodbách. Zároveň byl plný i prostor pro trávení volného času. Super bylo, že byl ale prázdný bazén …
