ドーミーinならではのサービスのコンプリートができなかった
Pros:

駅から近く新幹線のホームから見えるので迷わない
温泉が気持ち良い
子連れに優しい
ほぐし処の施術が本格的

Cons:

夜鳴きそばの終了時間が早かった為、食べられなかったです

また泊まりたい！
Pros:

初めて滞在しましたが、部屋も清潔で何より温泉が良かったです。洗濯乾燥機が脱衣所の近くにあり温泉に入っている間に洗濯が出来るのが非常に助かりました。スタッフの方の対応もとても丁寧で良かったです。

Pros:

Quel hôtel aux petits soins pour ses hôtes! Nous pourrions mettre 20 sur 10!! L'accès est parfait, proche de la gare et 20 minutes à pieds du magnifique château.
En arrivant dès 15h, vous avez accès au onsen qui est très beau, confortable, raffiné. Et ce jusqu'à 10h le lendemain matin ! Et pendant que vous profitez des bains chauds et du sauna, votre machine tourne et lave votre linge gratuitement !! (Machines situées dans chaque onsen hommes-femmes).
De plus, vous pouvez vous faire masser pour un prix raisonnable, le massage japonais est à tester!
Ce n'est pas tout!! Vous pouvez déguster glaces à volonté et le soir un délicieux bol de ramen est offert au restaurant pour chaque hôte.
Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins.
Petit déjeuner très bon, japonais.
Nous remercions beaucoup tout le personnel et recommandons cet hébergement!

同様のサービスが受けられるようでしたら、また是非利用させていただきたいです。
Pros:

スタッフさんの対応がとても丁寧でした。
予約時から操作を間違ってしまって、困ってしまっていましたが、お電話で丁寧に対応していただき、安心して当日を迎えることができました。
また、夜中に腹痛で起きてしまい、常備薬の胃薬を準備していただき、とても助かりました。
翌朝の朝食も楽しむことができ、とても嬉しかったです。

Cons:

ホテルの…というよりは、予約方法がわかりづらかったかな…と、思います。大人３人、子ども２人（小6、小3）で泊まりましたが、予約時のお部屋にシングルとダブルのお部屋しか出てこなかったので、ツインのお部屋とかも出てきてくれたら、３人で１つのダブルベッドで寝ることも無かったのかな…と、思いました。
