Pros:

Super centrico, muy recomendado cerca de todas las atracciones de restaurants y muy fácil Caminarlo. El desayuno muy bueno y muy agradable el personal.

Für einen sightseeing Kurztrip optimal
Pros:

Service und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals am Empfang/ Lobby war sehr gut und sehr hilfsbereit. Hat uns bei Taxy etc. sehr geholfen. Die Lage des Hotels zu den bekanntesten Sehenswürdigkeiten ist optimal,. Man konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen.

Cons:

Wenn viele Gäste gleichzeitig im frühstückraum waren wurde es zeitweise sehr eng, und konnte vorkommen das man auf Gläser und Tassen warten mußte bis suaberes Geschirr verfügbar war.

This May, it was the fifth time I stayed at this hotel and I will continue to stay here every time I come to Istanbul. In addition to the amazing staff who are accommodating in every way, the delicious breakfast and the cozy rooms, the location is absolutely fantastic!

This time, a person in our party got sick and had to go to the emergency room two days in a row. From the moment the staff found out about this, until we got back to the hotel, they were absolutely fantastic. They arranged taxis, helped with the hospital, arranged food for us when we got back and generally made the situation as comfortable as possible for us. I can't thank them enough for everything they did during this stay.

If you want to stay in a great hotel, with staff who do everything they can to make your stay the best and stay within walking distance to most of the attractions, then you have come to the right place. You will not regret staying at Aya Sultan hotel

Foi boa mas nao aceitaria mais ficar num lugar com esse problema relatado

Tem td que precisa. Cama boa, banheiro razoavel, boa ducha. Boa iluminação natural e vista

Cons:

Aconteceu que reiteradas vezes tivemos um barulho forte e muito incomodo do que parece ser uma bomba para retirar a agua do ar condicionado. Fui tres vezes a pedir uma solução ao balcão e embora os funcionários se preocupassem nao houve mudança. Ate uma vez as 2 AM que nos acordou , praticamente tds os dias varias vezes. Na saida falaram que poderiam ter mudado de quarto( foi o primeiro que pedi) mas nao fizeram.

La posizione è eccezionale, in pieno centro e a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni della città. Lo staff era molto cordiale e disponibile. Hotel aperto h24. Disponibilità a prenotazione transfer per aeroporto

La pulizia non era eccezionale. I bagni non sono nuovissimi e la doccia emana cattivo odore. La colazione non mi è piaciuta

Soggiorno ad Istanbul
Pros:

Praticamente tutto belli, soprattutto il servizio davvero attento. Nel nostro soggiorno c'era Enes alla reception che ci ha consigliato ristoranti, itinerari e previsto i transfer: uno dei motivi per tornare ad Istanbul. Hotel in posizione davvero comoda x Moschea e Santa Sofia.
