Comfortable and good access to city.
Pros:

Nice clean and comfortable room. Nice staff at a good price. Out of the heart of the city but only 10 minutes walk.

Cons:

Would have like tea and coffee in the room rather than going to the kitchens and restaurants. No big issue though. Recommended as good value.

Hotel consigliato per brevi soggiorni
Pros:

La posizione è ottima in pochi minuti sei in centro, colazione buona anche se con poco dolce. Abbiamo chiesto una manutenzione in camera con lavandino ostruito ci è stato subito risolto il problema, pulizia della camera viene fatta su richiesta. Struttura consigliata

Cons:

Purtroppo durante il soggiorno ci sono stati sempre lavori di ristrutturazione nella parte della reception con parecchio rumore e confusione, camere con lavandini molto piccoli e cuscini scomodi.

Betten waren bequem, Bad okay. Trotz City sehr ruhige Lage!

Hatte einen vorher gebuchten Parkplatz und wollte nun die Zufahrt anfragen. Mir würde aber gesagt, dass ich das dann an der Rezeption erfahre. Beim Check-in sprach ich das nochmals an, es wurde aber nicht drauf eingegangen. Zudem war das Frühstück eine richtige Katastrophe: so wenig Auswahl hatte ich noch nie. Schwach gebackene Brötchen gab es zudem! Das schlimmste war die Tatsache, dass ich als Gast das komplette Abräumen inklusive Mülltrennung und Vorsortierung des Geschirrs und Bestecks übernehmen musste. Bei den Preisen ein Hohn! Ich wollte fast noch fragen, ob ich noch feucht durchwischen soll. Zu alledem kam es dann bei meiner Buchung auch noch zu einer doppelten Belastung meiner Kreditkarte. Ich weiß nicht, wer daran schuld war und ja, sowas kann passieren, aber die Mitarbeiter haben mich behandelt, als wolle ich zu Unrecht mein Geld zurückfordern. Gutes Problem-Management geht echt anders!

Alles in Allem ein guter Aufenthalt. Preis/Leistung Gut!
Pros:

Die Lager des Hotels war für uns super. Es war nur 15 Fußminuten von unserem Ziel entfernt. Preis war super. Sauberkeit war nicht sehr gut, denn in der Dusche war Schimmel und im Waschbecken lief das Wasser nicht ab.
Das Frühstück hat gut geschmeckt und passt auch für den Preis.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat mir, dass das Hotel gerade im Umbau war und das bei der Buchung nicht bekannt gegeben wurde. Aber das war es dann auch schon.

Pros:

Die Lage war super und genau das Richtige für unseren Kurztrip.

Cons:

Es war leider sehr laut durch den Straßenlärm und andere Hotelgäste , die rücksichtslos vor dem Hotel bis spät in die Nacht laut waren. Das Fenster zu schließen war allerdings keine Alternative, da es dann zu stickig wurde im Zimmer.

We love, that this place is closed to a small market ( Karmelita )
Easy transport to the city of Vienna. ( 15 min )
Funny, and incomprehensible fotos next to the doors. (I don't love them)
