整体來說很不錯，清潔做的很好。
Pros:

有溫泉大浴場，很棒！離車站近。2樓有免費冰棒(晚上)和養樂多(早上)。

Cons:

櫃檯在2樓，大樓有2部電梯，只有一台能到1樓，剛好遇到這一台在維修，所以要自已搬行李上下2樓，有點辛苦。

暑い　多分冬は寒い
Pros:

ウェルカムドリンクが充実してた
コインランドリーは洗濯が無料で
乾燥のみ20分100円で助かった

空が見える吹きさらしで
冷房効かせられないから暑いし
エレベーターを改装してるから
一台しか稼働してなくて待つ時間長いし
暑いしで　移動が億劫
エレベーター改装・メンテナンス
客の安全のため大事だし　告知もしてたけど
それならエレベーターの待つ所に
コンセントの扇風機・冷房機置くなど
(そういうのレンタルできるか知らないけど)
客目線にたって　何かしてくれてるなら
ここまでの低評価しなかった
チェックアウトの時も階段で
大変だから｢スーツケース運びましょうか｣とかの
一言もなかったしで最後もスッキリしなくて
受付スタッフ・夜鳴きそばレストランスタッフ
対応いいなと思ってたのに残念な気分で終わった

房間舒適且飯店人員友善
Pros:

飯店人員親切且待客態度很好，有泡湯的地方，房間蠻舒適的。前往迪士尼蠻方便的。

Cons:

訂房時沒特別標示是不含房間清潔的，到現場才得知，雖然應該是booking的問題，但還是蠻讓人不滿的。地鐵實際距離飯店不算近，早餐和宵夜拉麵味道普通。

Loved it. I will choose to stay at Dormy Inn Hatchobori again!
Pros:

The location was fantastic! Just one station away from Tokyo station which could also be reached via a comfortable 20 minute walk. So it was a nice retreat from the bustling noise but near enough to the action.

Laundry services were readily available. The onsen was a great part of the experience Finally, the Japanese breakfast is amazing!

The room was small

Good stay at Dormy!
Pros:

Nice area, not too far from Hibiya line. Bath was pretty good, love the Dormy freebies. Overall a good stay!

Cons:

Smaller room than other Dormy Inns, missed having open air bath option. These are minor, though.
