Fantastic stay!
Pros:

The onsen was fantastic. Beds were comfy. Excellent facilities. Best place we stayed in Japan.

Great onsen and service
Pros:

The onsen was fantastic, the staff very helpful. They let us check in pretty late, and brought our bags up to the room for us.

Cons:

The one fly in the ointment was that the pillows were both small and hard. Normally, we like firm pillows, but these were a little bit too firm.

セキュリティが整ってることとトイレ備蓄水が置いてあるというところとエレベーターにもしものトイレや水が備えつけてるとこが素晴らしいと思いました

Cons:

朝のバイキングが混んで待ち時間がありましたが特に苦痛にも思わなくスムーズにも案内していただきよかったです

充電器の貸し出しアイテム、漫画コーナー、マッサージ機、ウェルカムドリンクコーナーが特に良かったです。桃ジュースが嬉しかった。

Cons:

ダブルルームの3人利用（小学生一人）は承知していたところでしたが、エキストラベッドがないことは事前理解してなかった。チェックインの際、念のためでも説明が欲しかった。室温設定が自動で戻るのは不便。
