Pros:

Établissement très bien situé, près de la gare facile d’accès à pied et à une rue du quartier historique. Cet hôtel offre plein de services gratuit comme les machines à laver, boisson, etc. Petit déjeuner asiatique copieux.

Zentral, freundliches Personal, super Frühstück, tolles Bad auf dem Dach.
Pros:

Nicht weit vom Bahnhof und in nächster Nähe zum historischen Teil der Stadt.
Das japanische Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Bad auf dem Dach wunderbar.

Cons:

Dass die Wertsachen (da es keinen Tresor im Zimmer gibt) an der Rezeption abgegeben werden können, ist zwar eine Alternative aber etwas umständlich.

Excellent location and service!
Pros:

The location is fantastic—situated right at the entrance of the heritage district while remaining within easy walking distance of Kurashiki Station. The facilities are typical for a Dormy Inn, though perhaps a bit more compact than others. Most notably, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful when I had to cancel my second night due to an approaching typhoon and potential Shinkansen disruptions. They handled the changes seamlessly and waived the cancellation fee, which I truly appreciated.

Cons:

The reception area with the dining hall had a lot of traffic. The public bath was small.
