Very nice resort. Nice restaurant with sunset view with many varieties to choose from. How ever the room I got was a little noisy as it was beside a storage room? So the staffs go in and out all the time. Pretty annoying I would say, and I did request for a quite room in advance but instead got a pretty noisy room (not to mention the renovation going on right across my room . But besides that it was perfect.

Cons:

Noisy room. Staff store room beside. Renovation for upgrade going on. I was given the room that was the closest to renovation . But I saw many empty rooms inside. Wandering why didn't they gave me a more quite room? I did request before I check in.

Das Frühstück war grossartig und unglaublich vielfältig. Man kann es sich am Vortag ganz nach Wunsch zusammenstellen. Falls man am Morgen doch noch Lust auf etwas Zusätzliches hat, lässt es sich problemlos nachbestellen. Das absolute Highlight ist, dass das Frühstück direkt in die Villa gebracht wird – man wacht auf und alles steht schon bereit!

Die Villa ist einfach super für Leute, die Privatsphäre schätzen und einfach mal abschalten möchten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, besonders das Tauchbecken mit Whirlpoolfunktion.

Cons:

Es gab eigentlich nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hätte. Da der Flughafen in unmittelbarer Nähe liegt, hört man zwar öfter die Flugzeuge starten und landen – da wir aber viel unterwegs waren und Ausflüge gemacht haben, hat uns das nicht weiter gestört.

Der Aufenthalt war dank des schönen Zimmers mit privatem Pool, des freundlichen Personals und des grossen Pools beim Sea

Cons:

Leider ist der Wasserstand am Strand so niedrig, dass man gar nicht zum Baden kommt.

O quarto era bem espaçoso, o banheiro enorme, a piscina privativa era muito boa. Os funcionários eram solícitos.

Eh um pouco distante do centro comercial, então você tem que pegar táxi ou pedir no hotel (que eh mais caro). O café da manhã era ok, nada demais, e o café era morno.

Great value for money. Stayed here for 5 nights and it felt very private, with a private pool and very quiet in the day. It got busy at night but we were always able to get a table. Good distance for getting a taxi to Fishermans village too

Don’t stay here with kids!!!
Pros:

WARNING TO ALL FAMILIES: DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

This hotel put our children’s health at risk and then tried to avoid responsibility.

After swimming in their pool, both of our children suffered severe chemical skin burns/rashes. The hotel staff tested the pool water themselves and confirmed the chemical balance was dangerously wrong. When the first test showed extremely unsafe levels, the staff removed the test kit and refused to show us the original results.

Instead of closing the pool or protecting guests, they simply added more water and claimed everything was “safe again.” The attached photo was taken AFTER they diluted the pool — and even then the chemical readings were still clearly outside safe levels.

We immediately packed our belongings and left because we no longer trusted the hotel or felt safe letting our children stay there.

Days later, our children’s condition became so serious that we had to take them to the hospital. The doctor confirmed the injuries were caused by pool exposure and ordered them to avoid pools, the ocean, and sun exposure for at least a week.

Even after receiving medical documentation proving the injuries, the hotel still refused to take full responsibility and only refunded 30% of our stay.

The most terrifying part is not just the dangerous pool conditions — it is the dishonesty and complete lack of accountability:

- Unsafe chemical levels
- Hiding the first test results
- Fake “solution” by adding water
- Continuing to allow guests into the pool
- Refusing proper compensation after children required hospital treatment

This hotel should never place guests — especially children — in this kind of danger.

We travel often around the world and have NEVER experienced anything this irresponsible, unsafe, and disturbing.

If you care about your family’s safety, stay somewhere else.
