Comfortable but noisy.

Would use the hotel again but check the mattress before bedtime
Pros:

Breakfast was fine

The hotel is within walking distance to the town with plenty of bars and restaurants around

Cons:

We had a twin room but I never slept the first night due to the mattress having a big dip in it
Thought I would swap beds with my husband but his was just as bad …. After complaining they staff offered another topper mattress (that seems to be what all the beds have on top of there original mattress’s) but they were thin which in turn would have just went into the dip
A lovely member of the staff (Alexander) suggested a double quilt which I could fold into a thicker layer and lie on that which worked a treat

I would probably not stay there again if truth be told.
Pros:

Close to Train station and city centre. Room was clean with good shower.

Cons:

My room (107) was very noisy I think it faced the harbour and main road. Gave some excuse about not serving or limited food service. At breakfast no one there and no food available.

Family stay while travelling through Scotland
Pros:

Great location in the city, close-to good restaurants and pubs. Supermarket was close. Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The request for rooms to be close to each other could not be accommodated. The parkade was a nightmare to exit with a larger vehicle.

Great place to stay for anyone traveling to Aberdeen that’s right in the heart of the city.
Pros:

Staff were incredible, they were so helpful with recommendations and anything else we needed during our stay.

Cons:

Rooms were a bit hot as there were no air conditioning or fans

Impressed and would stay again.
Pros:

The location was great, the NCP car park nearby had plenty of spaces when we arrived. The greeting from reception was warm. Harbour view room had a decent view, and lots of activity to watch. Hotel was fully booked but there was not much noise from other rooms.

Cons:

There didn’t seem to be an automatic vent from the bathroom pod, so bathroom smells tended to linger.
