Great central location, true Greek hospitality and wonderful experience at Kentrikon
Pros:

We returned to Agios Ioannis after 10 years, and choosing Kentrikon Hotel Boutique for our stay was a lovely decision.
The location is excellent, right in the heart of the resort, very close to the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants. The hotel has two entrances: the main entrance is down near the beach, while the secondary entrance is higher up, close to the road leading down into the village. One thing worth knowing is that the villas are arranged on different levels, so there are some stairs to climb or descend to reach the rooms. This did not bother us at all — quite the opposite! We saw it as a nice opportunity to get some exercise and burn a few of the calories accumulated from all the delicious Greek meals.
The continental buffet breakfast was very good and offered a nice variety: fried and boiled eggs, fresh vegetable salad, cheese, ham, sandwiches, Greek yogurt, watermelon, traditional Greek sweets, cereals, honey and jams, orange juice and coffee. On some days, Mrs. Violeta even prepared omelette for us upon request. We also have to mention that the portokalopita she makes is simply the best in Agios Ioannis! It was absolutely delicious and one of those special touches that made our stay even more memorable.
Mrs. Violeta is truly one of those people who can make a good place even better. She is incredibly kind, attentive and genuinely caring towards all the guests. Her attitude and attention to detail are a wonderful example of how people can elevate the experience of a hotel. Thank you, Violeta, for making our mornings even more pleasant!

Our room was small but very cosy, charming and, most importantly, extremely clean. Housekeeping was excellent: the room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed daily.
We knew that rooms in Agios Ioannis tend to be on the smaller side. For us, this was not an issue at all.

Pros:

Η τοποθεσία καταπληκτική, το δωμάτιο με φανταστική βεράντα που έβλεπε θάλασσα (αν και δεν ήταν ακριβώς μπροστά στην παραλία, λόγω της υψομετρικής διαφοράς φαίνεται και η θάλασσα από τη βεράντα). Το δωμάτιο σχετικά μικρό, αλλά βολικό, το μπάνιο μικρό.
Το πρωινό εξαιρετικό με φρέσκα προϊόντα και δημιουργίες της κυρίας Βιολάντας. Αξίζει το κατάλυμα και μόνο για να γευτεί κανείς τη σοκολατόπιτα.

Cons:

Υπάρχουν αρκετά σκαλιά για όλα τα επίπεδα της διαμονής, δεν είναι όμως δύσκολο να τα ανέβει κανείς.
Στο ντουζ δεν υπήρχε πόρτα και τα νερά έτρεχαν αναπόφευκτα μέσα στο μπάνιο πράγμα που ήταν ενοχλητικό, αλλά όχι τραγικό.

Un sejur minunat😄
Pros:

Hotelul este curat, curatenia se face zilnic , prosoapele se schimba zilnic si foarte curate, desi tot ce tine de mobilier si baie este foarte vechi este curat cea ce pentru noi a fost ok, locatia este foarte aproape de tot ce inseamna mare, taverne, bruterii, market, parcare, priveliste din camere este minunata, micul dejun nu este variat dar oricine gaseste ceva ce poate manca. Erau in fiecare dimineata foietaje specifice sau checuri proaspat coapte care erau delicioase. Personalul foarte ok gata sa ajute cu orice este nevoie. Satele de pe munte si Agios Ioannis sunt minunate, plaja desi era cu pietre pentru noi nu a fost deranjat ca am avut papuci de apa. Plaja Plaka care este foarte aproape e minunata. Am avut un sejur minunat de 7 nopti.

Cons:

Exceptand drumul pe munte pana in Agios Ioannis care pentru noi a fost destul de socant daca ne gandim la masina nu a fost ceva ce nu ne-a placut

excellent and so worth the price
Pros:

wow.. now thats a special place.
1. the staff and owners are simply amazing people, always there to help and chat with you.. a very homey feeling
2. breakfast is excellent
3. the rooms are spacious , clean and fits families
4. close by to the see and encased in greenery

Cons:

the only thing i can think of, is that parking was not for free so we had to park a few minutes from there.. but its no biggie

Απλά τα πάνω δωμάτια έχουν σκαλοπάτια αρκετά, για κάποιον που δεν θέλει ή δεν μπορεί καλύτερα να διαλέξουν τα δωμάτια κάτω!

Ανακαινισμένα δωμάτια.
Ευγενέστατο προσωπικό από τη ρεσεψιόν μέχρι τις καθαρίστριες μέχρι τις κυρίες στο πρωινό. Επαρκέστατο πρωινό. Και νοστιμότατο.
Ιδανική τοποθεσία μπροστά στη θάλασσα.
Δίπλα στις 2 πιο ωραίες και εύκολα προσβάσιμες παραλίες του Πηλίου, τον Άγιο Ιωάννη και το Παπά Νερό.
Δίπλα σε σούπερ μάρκετ και ταβέρνες.
Καλό στρώμα για ύπνο, αν ήταν πιο σκληρό θα ήταν ακόμη καλύτερο.
Πολύ καλό κλιματιστικό, smart τηλεόραση, πάντα διαθέσιμο ζεστό νερό.
Πάρκινγκ μπροστά στο κατάλυμα, ανοιχτό πάρκινγκ, όχι με φύλαξη, όχι με υπόστεγο (με έξτρα, αρκετά υπέρογκη χρέωση, και δεν επαρκεί για όλα τα δωμάτια).
Υπάλληλος που βοηθάει στη μεταφορά των αποσκευών καθώς το ξενοδοχείο είναι χτισμένο πολυεπίπεδα και έχει από 0 έως 100 σκαλοπάτια μέχρι να φτάσετε στο δωμάτιο σας.

Cons:

Παντελής έλλειψη ηχομόνωσης. Σχεδόν απαγορευτικό για κάποιον που θέλει να ξεκουραστεί στις διακοπές και να απολαύσει ύπνο μέχρι πιο αργά.
Ακούγονται από τις 09:00 το πρωί και μέχρι τις 00:30 τα πάντα, από τις καθαρίστριες έξω από το δωμάτιο, τους διερχόμενους, τους διαμένοντες στα δίπλα δωμάτια, ήχοι μουσικής, τηλεόρασης, συνομιλίες, τα πάντα. Σαν να είναι μέσα στο ίδιο το δωμάτιο που κοιμάστε. Αν δεν υπήρχε το θέμα της ηχομόνωσης, το κατάλυμα είναι για 10/10.
Επίσης, αρνητικό ή έλλειψη σίτας στα παράθυρα, καθώς η περιοχή έχει πολλά κουνούπια και επίσης αρνητικό ότι τα κουφώματα ήταν τα παλιά με μονό τζάμι. Είχα να δω μονό τζάμι σε κούφωμα παραθύρου από το 1990. Ειδικά σε ξενοδοχείο.
Πάρκινγκ με αρκετά υπέρογκη χρέωση, η οποία θα μπορούσε να απορροφηθεί από την τιμή της διανυκτέρευσης, καθώς και ανοιχτό πάρκινγκ είναι και χωρίς φύλαξη και χωρίς άσφαλτο κάτω, και δεν επαρκεί για όλους τους διαμένοντες στα δωμάτια.
Από 0 έως 100 σκαλοπάτια για να φτάσετε στο δωμάτιο σας, αναλόγως σε ποιο επίπεδο του ξενοδοχείου βρίσκεται το δωμάτιο σας (το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολυεπίπεδο).
Σε κάθε περίπτωση η έξτρα χρέωση του πάρκινγκ και τα πολλά σκαλοπάτια, αναλυτικά και ευθέως είναι γνωστά κατά τη διάρκεια της κράτησης και τηλεφωνικά από τη ρεσεψιόν.

εντελώς απαράδεκτη κατάσταση. ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ ζητήστε φωτογραφίες του δωμάτιου που θα μείνετε. ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ

Απαράδεκτο δωμάτιο πολύ μικρό, σοβάδες φουσκωμένοι κάτω από το δεξιό κομοδίνο, αντί για stop στην εξώπορτα είχαν μια πέτρα για να μην κτυπά η πόρτα στον τοίχο, τηλεόραση του 2000 ίσως και παλαιότερη πάρα μα πάρα πολύ μικρή ήταν επάνω στο έπιπλο-κονσόλα απέναντι από το κρεβάτι χωρίς να στηρίζεται πουθενά!!! Στο ένα κομοδίνο δεν υπήρχε καμία πρίζα. Η τουαλέτα 1,20Χ140 τόσο μικρή και άβολη, μια η μικρή παλιά μπανιέρα δεν είχε ούτε ένα άγκιστρο να στερεώσεις το τηλέφωνο ώστε να κάνεις μπάνιο!!! Η μια ντουλάπα που υπήρχε μόνο ντουλάπα δεν ήταν!!! Μόνο πόρτες ξεχαρβαλωμένες που όταν τις άνοιγες ήταν οι τοίχοι του δωματίου!!! Οι τρις - τέσσερις κρεμάστρες όλες διαφορετικές μεταξύ τους, υπήρχε δε και μια συρμάτινη όπως αυτές των καθαριστηρίων! Το στρώματα μετριότητα και μάλιστα λερωμένα. Το διαπίστωσα γιατί από την Δευτέρα που μπήκα στο δωμάτιο έως και την Τετάρτη δεν είχαν αλλάξει σεντόνια λέγοντας μου την φτηνή δικαιολογία ότι ξέχασαν τάχα… έτσι αναγκάστηκα και έβγαλα όλα τα σεντόνια και τις μαξιλαροθήκες ώστε να τα αλλάξουν. Είδα λοιπόν και τα στρώματα σε τι χάλι ήταν…
Ένα πολύ μικρό ψυγειακι στο πάτωμα και επάνω μια παλιά καφετιέρα. Έπρεπε να βγάλεις από την πρίζα το ψυγειάκι και να βάλεις την καφετιέρα…
Ανεβαίναμε 57 (πενήντα επτά) σκαλοπάτια για να μπούμε σε αυτό το εντελώς απαράδεκτο δωμάτιο. Άλλοι βέβαια ανέβαιναν πολλά περισσότερα.
Σκοπίμως δεν αναφέρουν ευδιάκριτα την κατηγορία του καταλύματος και το ότι ανεβαίνεις πολλά σκαλοπάτια!
Θα μπορούσα να γράψω περισσότερα αλλά αν προκληθώ να ανεβάσω πολλές φωτογραφίες προς επίρρωση αυτών που γράφω.
Ο δεν ιδιοκτήτης ένας μετρίου αναστήματος αυτός πρέπει να ήταν, μιλούσε αφ’ υψηλού αγενέστατα λέγοντας μας γιατί δεν τηλεφωνήσατε εμένα και κλείσατε με την booking θα σας έκανα καλύτερη τιμή!!! Αυτός ο κύριος θα πρέπει να μην εμφανίζεται καθόλου να είναι όσο πιο πίσω γίνεται κάνει κακό στην επιχείρηση. Και βέβαια σιγουρότατα έχει τον ανθρωπο-διώκτη, απολύτως σίγουρα.
Να προσθέσω ότι έφυγα και μια ημέρα νωρίτερα… τόσο όμορφα

Cute and cosy family hotel
Pros:

Rooms were very clean and cosy. Towels are changed dailt. Staff are polite ans helpful - they truly care for their guests. Food for breakfast was quite tasteful.

Cons:

Low variety of food for breakfast. Strong price for 3 star hotel.
